I ordered both a new racquet and raquetballs, but when the order showed up the racquetballs didn't show up with the racquet. I called and the problem was fixed and the phone representative was friendly and helpful. Entire shopping and purchase experience was excellent. FedEx delivery was screwed up by new route driver getting lost, waving to me in my driveway as he drove by without stopping, and then reporting a problem with the delivery. To his credit, next day he took the time to call me at my house, and I was able to guide him from nearest cross street to my driveway.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I think they should just return any racquet that cannot be strung (Damaged). Just send it back and let the customer see why they had to buy a new racquet. You know, like the old car repair days?
