When I read some of the negative reviews about Quality Matters, I began to worry about my purchase with them. However, my experience was very positive. The mini-freezer I ordered was the best price online with no shipping or taxes, and it was delivered right on time as promised. The mini-freezer is spanking new and is up and running. I would definitely go back to this company for future purchases.

The delivery issue was not the fault of Quality Matters, but of Seko trucking. They were supposed to deliver the TV on a Monday, and they did not show up. When I called them late on Monday, they said they would deliver it on Wednesday... and they did.

So, I was skeptical about ordering through them but their price was substantially lower than anywhere else. I placed my order on January 6th (yesterday!). A few hours later, I checked my email and had two messages from them. Initially I thought I had received the standard order confirmation and then an email stating that they item was out of stock or some other bad news. Much to my surprise it was an email with a UPS tracking number! If that wasn't enough, the expected delivery date was the NEXT DAY. I didn't even pay for shipping, much less overnight! I order online, a lot and this is by far the fastest I've ever seen! Sure enough, there was my package when I got home (today!). Wow, did my payment even process yet?! Thanks for the great service quality matters!!

I needed an air conditioner but I really wasn't sure what to buy. I found Qualitymatters.com selling several of the models I was looking at. Since I hadn't ever heard from them, I was concerned that they might be a scam company so I checked their reviews and there were no serious complaints. Just to be safe, I called them and a woman named Tania helped me choose the one I need. She actually saved me some money because I was going to buy one that was really too big for my bedroom. My air conditioner arrived on time and it works wonderful. I would definitely buy from them again.

The item was bundled with the metal foundation (it was included), which was a good thing to do. However, only by browsing on other sites before purchasing did I learn that a skylight kit accessory was available. I had to hunt to find it on this merchant's site; for some reason, it was not included in the list of over a dozen possible accessories, so you had to know the product number/name already to search for it to add to the order.
