I received my pre-paid shipment from Pyramid Air and the packaging was fair, at best. The scopes I ordered for the specific pellet rifles had mounts that did NOT fit the base, even though I specified what rifle model I was ordering for. When I requested that the company allow me to exchange the mounting rings, I was emailed that the necessary rings (not the ones they supplied with the scopes,) were for sale....nothing about an exchange.
The rings they supply with the scope are 1" mounts, and the ones that are necessary for the rifles are 3/4" mounts. 
After reading this review page of other unhappy customers, I wish I had pre-checked on Pyramid Air. I would have located the same merchandise through another seller.....one I feel exhibits a better set of ethical standards and consumer understanding. The old saying; 'Let the buyer beware..." is certainly a good practice to keep in mind if any researchers intend to purchase from Pyramid Air.

I placed an order 1/5/11 and my card was charged the same day even though the product was out of stock. The website stated it was in stock but it was not. I get a call the next day from not 1 but 2 rude supervisors stating the problem. I was offered a refund but in the next 5 to 7 business days. I now have to wait a week to place another order with another company due to Pyramyd Air. I will be contacting the Attorney General of Ohio in theis matter. If I were to take someones money and not deliever a product I would be charged with a crime.

order number 2218207 I've been waiting for months for some pellets so I can use the $600 plus gun I bought from them. All I get is lame excuses. I also ordered at the same time a clip. When it came in they didn't ship it. I found out later I could have had it shipped when it came in, but then I pay double the shipping. After waiting for over two months, I think pyramid air could have paid the shipping on the first item as a customer service issue and I would have felt a little better about their customer service and the unexceptable long wait for something as basic as a box of pellets.

Initial purchase was done efficiently and was very satisfactory. Follow up questions and requests for help were not responded to in a timely manner (over two weeks). A phone call to customer service cleared things up and necessitated returning some items for replacement by alternate items.

My order began in March 2010 and the merchandise was not available until May 2010. The online posting advertised the product as becoming available on April 7, 2010. This date was changed three times without any customer notices and I was on the pre-purchase wait list.

Slept on my purchase, emailed to cancel. It was already shipped and Pyramyd Air Contacted UPS to return it.It was caught in my city, and the tracking shows it is on its way back to Pyramyd Air In Ohio. I only buy from Pryramyd Air I once bought a Beeman R-7, in .20 caliber with iron sights from Airguns of Arizona, because Pyramyd Air did not have it in stock or carried it. And although the Beeman R-7 arrived undamaged, the way they stuffed it back into the carton after testing it, I returned it, untested. I was really pissed.I try to always check Pyramyd Air ( PA ) First for all of my needs. OK ? Thank you to all of the fine people at PA. Pete Hallock
