I had to update my order twice, changing the mailing address and product selection due to my errors. I contacted Photon by email both times and they were fast and accurate in their correction of my errors. I have purchase from Photon before and the order mailing was fast and accurate. One of the products I ordered was out of stock, all others arrived very soon after purchase. PhotonLight sent me e-mails explaining what was going on, there wasn't any other way to track the shipment, which I would have liked to see. First they charged my credit card for the full order, but then refunded for the back-ordered item, I liked that. The webstore works well and the products I wanted were easy to find.

Very impressed with the light, and with its capabilities. I was a bit confused about how to get the lights out of the 'demo' or 'point of sale' mode. I finally found the info on the inside of the box, but it might be better to put something on the light itself or in the clear blister pack, outside of the view of the viewer. Other than that, I am extremely pleased with the light.

A red lens is great for being able to read a map while driving and not having to turn on the overhead white light. I am gled that you had multiple options to choose from as far a lens color and body color were concerned. You website was very easy to navigate through and user friendly. I was not able to find this type of product anywhere at a better price. I think you have a certain edge on that. This was a hard product to find, I am glad I found it w/PhotonLight! Keep up the good work!!
