Their prices seem to be pretty good and they have a wide variety of pet products. I ordered about 17 different items in 2 orders. Most everything was in good shape except my cascade 1500 canister filter had a cracked output fitting, it's the 90 degree angle piece that attaches to the inside hangover outlet pipe and has the directional chute also I ordered a treasure chest with skin diver tethered above action piece that doesn't work. The lid on the treasure chest is supposed to move up and down with the air bubbles from underneath but the lid seems to be very stiff. It would be nice if they would send me a replacement. The shipping was a bit slow compared to other sites I have purchased from. It took 6 days from the time I placed the order until it got to my door. I also not real happy about the extra charges they tack on to some larger items. I had to pay an extra 995 for the cascade filter and 995 for a t5 4 bulb 54 watt x 4 wave point 4 foot aquarium light. It seems that if it has to arrive in separate boxes then they charge for the extra 2 shipping labels. A note about the light, it's a very good and bright light and pretty much lights up the whole room not to mention my aquarium but after a few days I noticed that my water temperature went up by 5 degrees due to the excessive heat that light puts out. I'm about to install 4 small 3 inch square fans in the overhead cabinet to try and blow some of the heat out the opening in the back. They could have mentioned this in the description but I guess they would never put anything negative about their products.

PetMountain.com had a great selection of pet products at great prices. They had everything I needed, and the quality of the items was excellent. Also it's easy to get around their web site. I just wish they had free shipping more often or you didn't have to spend so much ($75) to get free shipping.

The only thing that upset me, was part of my order ended up on back order and they credited my account,instead of shipping it on a later date. then before this order came in, I was notified that the back order was in and I could order them again, but because it was less than $49 I would have to pay shipping.

I made online order and then realized I forgot one item. I called within an hour and half and they had already processed my order for shipping. I told person what happened and they said we will ship your item in seperate shipment for free shipping. Both shipments came as expected. Very well packed too! Good customer relations!!
