Shopping was good. It was hard to get the bolts on the arms to line up evenly, but I persevered. I'm sure my age of 75 had nothing to do with it. Also, I stayed home all day the day Fed\X delivered the furniture. I just happened to look out late afternoon to see that it had been delivered. A ring of the door bell or a knock on the door would have been nice. Over all a good experience.

I mentioned this in the last servey, but definitely can repeat! I ordered a zero gravity chair for our 13 year old neice who is recovering from serious surgery. The chair arrived with a broken joint ( a pivot point). I called customer service, and Rachael was VERY pleasant, and handled the whole issue for me with appologies. I really didn't even want to call, because I hate to complain and I thought the return would be a hastle! It so wasn't! I have not received the replacement chair yet, but it is due today, and according to the tracking report, it is on time. (LOVE that!) I was so pleased with hayneedle and Patio Furniture USA that I ordered two more chaire right away, then one more yesterday for my mom. With customer support behind me like this, I can't lose and it is a great gift for my sons and mom!!! Thank You! Very happy customer!!!

Great merchant interaction, but the workmanship of the product was unsatisfactory. Grout missing from the surface of this mosaic table. Can probably be repaired; because of size, can not be returned without considerable trouble on my part. Always a risk to buy online. Too bad.

Very good products. Mostly fast shipping. There were 2 parts to my order and they both had the same tracking number and I believe it delayed receipt of one of the items, but I have now received it.

Absolutely LOVE the patio set! I had to order the table via phone call because the site was not letting me place an order. The CSR was very, very personable and helpful...believe his name was Matt. Once the table arrived, I knew I had to have the chairs. That order was placed online. Both orders arrived on the committed date and I am thrilled!

Merchandise's quality was very poor, definetely not as described, to return merchandise I had to pay $100 shipping cost. Will not buy from Patio Furniture again.

We ordered square end tables and received round ones. We did put them together and are using them on the deck but receiving those we ordered would have been a better solution for our needs.

Even though my order was accepted, I received and email that the product was no longer in inventory. I phoned to verify this and was told that the product MAY be available in January 2011. I ordered the same item from another online company. The sad thing is that the delay will mean I won't receive the table until 'after it is needed'.

I ordered a patio set approx 3 months earlier which you could add an umbrella to. We lost the umbrella in a windstorm and had to replace it; unfortunately the fabric color is not one that was available to choose from the reorder menu. I emailed the company only to get a response asking me to forward them the prior information - IF I HAD THAT INFORMATION I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ASKING HOW TO GET IT!!!!

my loveseat was damaged and i had to pay to have it re-welded since this product was no longer in stock, the cutomer service person, jennifer was very pleasant and helpful in resolving this problem. needless to say i was very disappointed to receive damaged goods. perhaps if the manufacturer did not try to pack all 5 pieces of wrought iron into one box the seat would not have been broken.

Was told it was on back order and would ship. When checked the status later it stated that the order was cancelled. They could not get the chairs I ordered. I don't think they should advertise something they do not have or promise something they can't deliver. I just hope I didn't provide my american express card to some bogus company!
