I ordered Windows 7 from Outlet Deal and when it arrived the label on the disc read that it was a re-install disc for a dell computer (I own a HP). I called Outlet Deal and was told it was a stand-alone version of Win7. And they were right (the disc was wrapped in plastic so I was unable to see the product key on the back of the sleeve-it was there when opened). It loaded perfectly and was validated by Microsoft upon registration.So don't freak when you receive a disc like I described, just call to confirm and load away.As a side note they were very helpful.

Poor customer service after the sale... 

We purchased MS Office 2010 which ended up being a web-based down loadable version...my mistake for not reading clearly before placing the order.  I really wanted a CD-ROM copy.  Anyway, I was not able to down load the software and I needed to restart the process... the security code provided with the sale of the software would not allow another down load.  I emailed and telephoned customer service and recieved NO help or replies for that matter.  Finially I was able to get in contact with MS Office support out of India and the tech there helped me out with the 90 minutes required for down loading and proper software installation.  I will not purchase for OutletDeals.com again!

I bought Win 7 Ultimate.  It was a promo disc but checked out fine as Windows Genuine.  Every 'good' deal I found elsewhere seemed to be counterfeit.

Excellent pricing? Maybe.  Software in stock? NO!  I ordered Adobe Acrobat X Standard on May 30, with a promise of delivery within 5 -7 days.  After 8 days I found out that it was NOT in stock.  "It will be here next week" was the answer.  A week later, NOT in stock again.  Third week - "It will be here on Friday - call us on Monday." Last conversation I had, "Call us next week maybe we will know when to expect it."  That will be a month since the order was taken.  In the meanwhile, they are lowering the price of this software, so today is less than what I was supposed to pay for it originally.  Is it in stock ?  NO!

I have made several purchases from OutletDeal.com and have always had good experiences. The price drew me in but being able to call and talk to a friendly customer service rep sealed the deal. They even went above and beyond in one case to try to get me the quantity I was looking for. The items always arrive on time and exactly as advertised. This company is a scam. I ordered an item on friday to be shipped overnight priority.  Didn't hear anything until I reached out to them on Monday and was told they are sorry but it's not in stock. I asked if htey have anything comparable instead and was told they have the EXACT SAME ITEM available, just with a different part number, but it would 20$ more if I wanted it!

Outlet Deal made finding Photoshop CS5 REALLY easy and at a GREAT price.  Also, props to the company that they were top of the search list under google shopping.  I found what I need, when I needed it, and found out quick and easy how to get a discount.  PS Whoever came up with the tactic of offering discounts to those who comment... genius!  Provides buzz for the company and also helps keep customer service on its A game!  Kudos

Horrible company! We ordered 2 software (MS Proj) and the packages came but was labeled 'Not For Resale.'  This was not stated at the time we ordered the software.  I called them to request a RMA for refund. The guy kept insisting it was usable but I insisted that we can't sell this to our customer. So he finally said that he would email us the return info. The email he sent did have return info, along with a line stating that we would be charged a restocking fee!  What a scam!

The site is fairly easy to navigate for the average user. But considering that I knew exactly what I wanted, Outlet Deal had a good price for what I was looking for and with free shipping. Their site also seems to have quite a variety of different software, so I think I'll check in again if I ever need to get more. Their order screen is also very understandable and there is no confusion with placing an order. They seem to also have a discount code that they give through using their live support. I enjoyed using their live help support and they were helpful. I hope their UPS delivery time is great too.

Outlet deal has great prices for a wide array of software. Easy to navtigate and everything is right at your fingertips.  I googled Microsoft Office 2010 Home & Business and found various sites that had it for $50 or more than what Outletdeals.com was charging. They offered a download option with an e-mailed key which is what I was looking for. I don't need an install disk. Ordering was simple and clear and the customer service is excellent. Online Help is there when you need it and the wait is less than 1 minute to chat with them. Overall I would give the site 5 stars for Price, ease of ordering, and customer service. 

Don't hesitate to purchase anything from this site. Also make sure to take advantage of any extra specials they have that might show up during the purchasing process.
