Great deals at Egghead

Pros: good selection, good customer support

While I haven't tried the Egghead auctions, the prices on their regular merchandise are great. The only problem I have with the Egghead site (www.egghead.com) is that it is difficult to find things and is disorganized. It is also slow.

If you know exactly what you are looking for, you will find it on Egghead if it is related to computers. Use their search tool to find things by name as their user interface makes it almost impossible to find things. Ordering is simple and they often run deals for free shipping. Everything arrived quickly for each order and when calling for customer service (due to confusion over an order) they were helpful and quick.
