If you choose to order from them, plan on delays and be aware that you might never get what you ordered. This company has gone from good to VERY POOR

I have been an Egghead customer for years, dating back to the time they were SurplusDirect. I have spent thousands of dollars with them, but they can now count me as one of their EX customers!
I "won" two separate auctions for an item, both at a very good price. One on June 25,2001 and the other on July 3,2001. Because the online status remained as "processing" for over a week, I called customer service and they assured me that my product was shipping soon. Over the next three weeks, Egghead continued to have several auctions a day for the same item and their online status for it always read "in stock." I requested several status updates, none of which were answered, but did receive several emails stating that the merchandise would be shipping.
On July 20, I received an email stating that there would be a delay and that I needed to request an extension if I did not want them to cancel the order. I immediately requested the extension. Then on July 23 I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled and that they might send me an explanation (they didn't)
When I called Egghead, they informed me that Aerotek was not going to ship the product and there was nothing I could do about it.
They are partially correct... I cannot force them to abide by CA auction laws, but I can vote with my dollars. I can and will do business elsewhere.
