Onsale lies about shipping prices, takes forever to process the order, has nonexistent customer service, and then mysteriously cancels the order.

I was shopping around for a Canon Powershot A410 camera, and the best APPARENT deal was from Onsale.com.

I say apparent, because right off the bat I began to realize they couldn't back their claims up. On bizrate, they advertized $6.25 shipping. But then when I actually ordered the camera, the cheapest shipping available was $12.75. So I thought that I was still getting a good deal, and might as well go for next day shipping if I'm going to spend a bundle on shipping anyways.

So I do this, I order the Canon Powershot A410 and a 512MB card from Onsale, all for Fedex next day shipping. I do this on a wednesday.

A full week later, I have no camera! I get on the website to track it, thinking it must be lost in transit, and I find out that regarding my next day air order, Onsale HASN'T EVEN PROCESSED THE ORDER YET.

I wrote them an email about it, which they never responded to.

Three days after that, I still have no camera, and check the tracking website again. And it appears that Onsale has cancelled the entire order without bothering to inform me.
