Not sure of condition of TV yet - we haven't opened it..The customer service was great. We had a promo code for free shipping that wasn't coming up when I checked out. I did a live chat right then and the agent took care of it. He was professional, courteous and very efficient. He assured me that he manually overrode the system and applied the discount. I was skeptical (had a very bad experience recently with another merchant). He did everything he said he would - took care of everything and all discounts were given without any hassles!!!! I will shop here in the future!!!!!

I paid for 2 day air deivery & I received the item on the 6th day. The tacking info never indicated air shipping. On the positive side pc express did refund my money. Beside all that UPS required a signature to receive item. This also caused a one day delay. Your shipping policy to be more definitive & customer friendly. thank you.. L Piehota

Their website was very easy to maneuver around to find what I was looking for. Comparing the price and the shipping, PC Connection were hands down the best value. There was a foul up on the shipping address and they caught up with the shipper and was only a day later than I was told.I am pleased with this company and will shop here again when I need more electronics.

Shopping experience was horrible. I ordered a product which they never shipped even after being on the phone with a customer service rep and when I asked for a replacedment they said they couldn't help me and that they made a mistake, but things like that happen.

Customer Service wanted me to call in. After the order was confirmed and the credit card purchase was authorized, CS should have moved on. It should not waste time on unhelpful, unproductive, and irrelevant questions, such as who the customer's employer is, what is the employer's phone number, the customer's work hours, etc.

While I understand the whole hp TouchPad frenzy was unexpected, I don't understand how I received an initial confirmation, a final confirmation of purchase thanking me, then a couple of days later...oops we sold too many so you won't get one. Please shop with us again. I think they should have limited the number to each individual. That was cruel.

the experience was good, and HAS ALWAYS been good ('we' go back to the beginnings of MacConnection:back to the early '90s). I request, though, that more tech details be added to the SPECS page. As an example, ref speakers: what is the audio connection (i.e. USB or 1/8" pin plug), and what/where is the ON/OFF switch (I am handicapped, and this is important knowledge for me). Some of your SPECS pages have nothing written in them.

HORRIBLE. I received two confirmation emails about my HP Touchpad being successfully ordered and shipped only to find out they lied to myself and thousands of other "confirmed order" customers. I spoke with a manager and now I'm hopeful that a Class Action lawsuit is filed against this company that blatantly deceives its customers

Everything was very straightforward, however, I didn't read the fine print. this is entirely my own fault. I won't purchase from them again because they charge a 20% "restocking" fee. I stay away from merchants who do this because I find it offensive. If you don't mind shelling out 20% for them to take the item out of the box and put it back in the warehouse then I would recommend this company to you.
