After spending a lot of time researching the range I wanted to purchase and then the store who sold it for the best price, I purchased my Samsung induction range from Number1direct. I read the many reviews about Number1Direct and was a concerned with the negative comments which seemed to mostly be related to shipping and not the quality of the product. I made the choice to to order anyway and just plan for a long shipping time. I am glad I made this decision. We received the range within two weeks. I am very happy with my product.

I've been buying online for over a 10 years now, and I have only came across a few purchases that gave me complete satisfaction from start to finish. The one major feature that set Number1Direct out from any one else was the fact that I could call the talk to a salesperson that has more knowledge than I though they would. Bought both a fridge and a stove from Number1direct. Saved about $800 total over buying them at local store. I had to wait for about 3 weeks for the products to arrive, but everything came undamaged. Great service that I would use again.

Ordered Samsung Refrigerator from Number 1 Direct and received then in the 2 weeks. I did call to check on the status of order after 10 days as the order indicated processing. The customer service rep was very pleasent and provided me the requested information. The refrigerator arrived in good condition several days later. I did inspect both before the truck left to identify any issues as recommended by Number1. I would recommend using them but ensure you do your homework first and also follow up on your order.

Ordered two cooking appliances from Number 1 Direct and received then in the 7 to 14 business days as they stated. I did call to check on the status of order after 10 days as the order indicated processing. The customer service individual was pleasent and provided me the requested information. Both the stove and microwave arrived in good condition 2 days later. I did inspect both before the truck left to identify any issues as recommended by Number1. Initially I had some reservation about ordering product from Number1 based on some of the reviews but can say I am pleased with the purchase and experience. My only negative would be to have the status of the order updated quicker. I would recommend using them but ensure you do your homework first and also follow up on your order.

HORRID! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE SITE!! One month and counting -- cooktop has not SHIPPED. According to their "customer service" they received my cooktop over a week ago! I have been told everyday that it would ship -- NOT! If you ask for a supervisor you will be told they can't do anything and they will refer you to their website! It would be comical if Number1Direct had not charged my card over a thousand dollars -- That is the only thing they are "prompt" on - charges will go on the minute you place you order - they will ship at their leisure! BUYERS Beware! I have been shopping online for years and this is BAR NONE the worst shopping experience!

Misrepresented white glove service to bring the appliances to the home - salesperson took my order and $$, then called back informing me it was not available with Samsung. It is now being delivered to my driveway by an unknown trucking company; I am very fearful to say the least as if there is any damage I am screwed based upon other similar delivery reports I have read through epinions.com. There is nothing on their web site stating white glove service is not available on all products, and apparaently their sales reps aren't aware either.

Good Afternoon, this is the first time I made a purchase from Number1Direct and I couldn't be more pleased. I found them when I did a search on the net for a GE Range to replace the one that just went out. They had the best price I could find, free shipping and a 10 year warranty at no extra cost. I did need to call the store because I had issues with my credit card but the customer service helped me out. The customer service rep was very patient and took his time. Most places just don't take the time to talk out the issues. I received a call for delivery and the product arrived on time and undamaged. I will be returning in the future.

I stumbled on Number1Direct.com accidently as I was trying to purchase a refrigerator from a competitor, I clicked on it and found the refrigerator I had been searching for, for a while. I was pleasantly surprised not only did they have it in stock, but would ship it to me for FREE!!! NO sales tax charged. I could NOT have been happier purchasing the product anywhere else. I feel that since I didn't have the experience needed to install the appliance and I paid for a white glove delivery, that it shouldn't take a week longer for me to recieve the item. I also feel that although I purchased the item on Jan, 29 2010 that my payment should be considered and paid when the item was shipped from who knows where. And now I am waiting for a refrigerator to be delivered from who knows who. where ever, when? A new experience and quite costly adventure for me.
Check again with me and check again with Number1Direct for further developements.
Not completely satisfied.
Also not enough selections on number 7 of survey.
Selections should be yes, no and maybe.

I was very skeptical about buying an appliance from a website. Number1Direct had a very good deal on a LG range with free shipping. I received e-mail confirmation shortly after placing my order. I shortly received a call from Number1 to schedule delivery. Delivery guy called within the time frame given. Delivery guy decided to rearrange schedule and made me the first stop instead of last for the day. Lucky me!

Was hesitant about buying a refrigerator from an online vendor but they had a great price. The experience with Number1 wasn't smooth sailing - refrigerator was shipped and received later than promised, (visions of thanksgiving with no fridge!), got conflicting explanations from customer service whether it had shipped or not, conflicting e-mails about they ways it was to be shipped with and I paid for in-home delivery but it was sent freight which doesn't do that service. (They called to say they lost it). They charged my credit card as soon as i place the order although i was told that wouldn't happen till it shipped. It was a nail-biter of a ride and I was concerned there would be an issue with the fridge once we got it but it's here, it's the right one, works and looks great. Number 1 was very cooperative in finding a resolution to problem.
