NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING WOULD BE CHARGED. one product was shipped later, no shipping charge, fine, no problem. later when I checked on line, the second missing item was marked in stock. when I called I was told that I would have to pay for shipping!!!! I did not agree, was told the manager would call me back. never happened.

The product was out of stock & not known when it might be in-which I understood. I cancelled the order via e-mails. It was charged to my card on 1/24/12 & not refunded until 2/8/12. I'd rather do business with a company that doesn't charge a product until it is shipped.

I clicked on Free Shipping & then found out it was so much per month. They didn't tell me before. Canceled the Free Shipping & haven't received the product yet or any other info pertaining to it. I will be glad to pay shipping but don't want to join the Free Shipping program. A reply to this would be appreciated. Don't know if I'd do this again. It depends on what happens now. Still waiting.

I still am waiting for some of my products. A partial shipment was made. On their website they indicated the item was in stock and all of a sudden some of the items were not in stock. They charged my cc without shipping; bad bussiness practice. I will not use this merchant again. Poor, poor customer service.

they did not have the product I wanted although they had some products by this company. this site is very confusing to navigate and you end up on separate companies' sites. I would avoid Herbspro in the future. they also have services advertised on their site which are not their own company's services therefore, how do I know how good these are? Do they recommend them or just let them advertise on their site? All that takes is money, not guaranteed quality. To me, Herbspro is hard to navigate/messy and not keeping up with other sites, e.g. Vitacost, Siddhi Energetics, and others. I am surprised as I thought they were a big company and could do better than this.

Haven't received order yet so question #3 is NA at this time. I have ordered from Herbspro in the past and they offer a wide selection of nutritional supplements, some of which I cannot find easily on other websites, and they are priced good. I have had good experience with this vendor and will continue to use them in the future - I like them!

I called customer sevice after a week and was told they had not received the merchandise from the manufaturer yet and the rep would send me an email the next day after researching. No email came when promised and still no word. This is a lousy place to shop.

What I was upset about was the inclusion of an extra charge for a "buySafe" bond, which had not been included in my past purchases. Instead of opting in for this extra cost, I had to opt out. So, in the future, I will read all the items more carefully and not buy extras I do not want.

I ordered 4 different products from herbspro, 4 bottles of one, 8 botlles of another, 1 bottle of another, and 1 bottle of another, totaling 14 bottles. When I ordered, each item was listed as IN STOCK. After 5 days I received an envelope with 1 of the four bottles ordered and was advised that the rest of the products would be shipped at a later date when they secure the stock. Who knows when that will be. I have only myself to blame, as I should have researched the negative reviews of this company first. I have not called them on the situation and do not believe that doing so would change their bad business practices or get my products any time soon. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
