Don't bother with these idiots. My order was incomplete and to fix it they wanted me to mail back everything at my expense and then resend the order. Seriously? Then they credited me for the whole order. About 6 weeks later they came calling to collect. The emails and voice mails they left were during my mother's death and funeral. I told them I would take care of the situation the next week, which I did. Two weeks after that I get more emails and voice mails saying they still wanted payment. These people have serious internal problems which they try to make their customers responsible for. Really, you can do much better just about anywhere else.

Easy to order online, the first time they shipped 3 printers instead of one, but called me and sent the UPS tickets to return.. Very polite, easy to deal with. The second printer I ordered at noon and it arrived the next morning. I have been very happy with ReStockIt

My initial order was lost and did not arrive. I called and received a young lady who wasn't sure what to do and put me on hold for over 5 minutes! Thinking this was a scam, I hung up and called back. I spoke with another customer service rep who quickly realized the order was never processed in shipping. She assured me it would be shipped the next day and I would receive it within two days, which I did. I asked for a credit on the S/H due to the lost order and she said she could not do that. The phone pictured on the website was NOT the phone that I recieved. Customer service was very helpful, professional, and polite, however the phone that I recieved was the only "candlestick" modle phone the company carries. I could either keep it or return it for a refund, but there was no way to actually get what I wanted/thought I was ordering. I feel that the company was very unprofessional in the presumption that they can ship out whatever they have on hand, rather than contacting the customer to let them know ahead of time that they no longer carry a particular brand/model of something.

Product ordered was substituted for another. Returned substitution with request for product originally ordered. Substitution was sent again. Called and asked if advertised original will ever be available. Was told no, so they credited a fair amount for inferior substitute received.

I ordered an office chair for a Christmas gift on Nov. 30, 2009, paying through Paypal, which went through on Nov. 30. I received notice from ReStockIt that the item was in stock and would be shipped soon. I checked the progress of my order online, through ReStockIt, and it was stated that the item was sent out on Dec. 1st. On Dec. 14, I called ReStockIt to check on the order as it had not arrived. They fumbled around, put me on hold then came back and said a mistake had been made, the item had never been shipped and was out of stock. I asked about my payment through PayPal. They said it would be refunded, which it was, on Dec. 14. A very disappointing transaction. Barbara

Overall it was a good experience. I had one package out of six that did not arrive as scheduled & had to call to get a new package shipped. Other than the woman I spoke to being a bit short with me on the phone, my situation was handled to my satisfaction.
