I GOT MY ORDER TODAY AND I AM VERY UPSET ABOUT IT! THEY SEND ME A 4GB SONY MEMORY STICK INSTEAD OF THE 2GB HIGH SPEED MEMORY STICK THAT I ORDERED. THEY SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST NOTIFY THE CUSTOMER ONCE THEY FOUND OUT THE ITEM IS SOLD OUT, THEN I CAN MAKE MY DECISION TO TAKE THE 4GB OR CANCEL THE ORDER. HOW DO I KNOW IF THE 2GB HIGH SPEED IS REALLY RAN OUT OR THEY JUST WANT TO GET RIDE OF THE OVERSTOCKED 4GB!??!!??!?!!

VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT SUCH "CUSTOMER SERVICE" (OR SHOULD I SAID NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL???) AND WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN!!!

Recieved purchase with some damage to box, but may have been the done with the shipping. No tsure if product is damaged or not, it is a christmas gift. will know after dec 25. so far, I am pleased with them

The first units' Audio connection did not work. The second unit would not accept a music download then the screen went out. Naptronics would not answer my e-mails or phone calls. I am out the cost of the unit plus two shipping charges. This is the first time in many years I have had a bad experience in ordering on line.

Terrible service, paid, and then they supposedly shipped 2 weeks after payment. No goods received. Emailed them, Neil Rosenblatt responded can take up to 30 days. No goods. They said they would look into it, but still no goods, now 3 months later, and no response from many emails.

Complained to BBB - Anyone else with problems, log a complaint with www.bbb.org against naptronics! Their service is appalling.

I just used shopping .com to buy a 2GB memory stick. When I clicked to confirm the purchase it showed a 1GB memory stick at the same price! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

When I decided to purchase the LG LRM-519 from Naptronics I knew the units that I was purchasing were refurbished. As a matter of fact I have purchased refurbished equipment from other vendors in the past and received the units in almost factory new condition. I have told many of my peers and colleagues that purchasing refurbished is almost always a good thing since the manufacturer will now give you a unit that has been factory fixed and tested, so what you receive will be in most cases better than brand new. Well Naptronics has managed to change my mind about that. I can't believe that LG would sell a unit refurbised in the condition that I received these units from Naptronics. One unit digital display cannot be seen unless you are right on top of the unit and the other unit came to me with it's face marred with what appears to be where tape had been removed but not before it had partially melted onto the plastic facing. I would not buy anything from this vendor again and I certainly would not recommend this vendor to anyone not as long as they are selling products in such poor condition.

Payment and order on Nov.08, Nov 20 queried why no ship notice. Claimed error, promised ship ASAP. Ship notice received Nov. 29.Received REFURBISHED,(advertised NEW) unit Dec 04. Box damaged, resealed, RMA # obvious. Don't believe I was treated well at all.Will not do business again and will treat your "trusted" merchants with suspicion, if I do business with you at all. Will warn others.

The box was in terrible condition. The reviews of the camcorder made it sound like a much better item than it really was. Naptronics needs a bigger inventory to select products from.

Ordering experience was good. Price was excellent. Communication was good, except that there was no estimated date of delivery. And it would have been so helpful to have a tracking ability.
