Ordered a battery from them and they have sent the wrong one. I sent them an email through their website, but did not here back from them. Their phone always has a busy signal and now it appears that their website is gone. We got to find a way to start a class action lawsuit against these lowlifes. I am also pretty sure that all the good reviews for these guys are spam and done by people who own or work at this company. They're just all too similar and the contrast between the terrible reviews too stark  I would not shop here again	Overall Rating: Customer Service: On-Time Delivery:

Worst ever. Ordered battery that supposed to be in stock on nov.3 on nov 18 i got charged with no shipping info. They have not informed me about the delay or that the item was not in stock. After asking for a order status i did not receive a response. I canceled the order on the 18 because that was ridiculous and still have not seen a refund. the right product at the right price. shipping was much faster than anticipated, product works like a Swiss watch, in fact I'm using it now. UPS tracking was less informative than I anticipated, but 3 days from california was pretty good. Mobile Tech Power gets an 'A' from me.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

This is really good retailer.  I found the battery I needed.  The price was very competitive.  I had a question about the specs and the guy on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful.  They shipped it the same day I ordered and I got it 2 days sooner than expected.  I was referred by another satisfied customer and I'm not disappointed.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating: Customer Service: On-Time Delivery:

These people are a major rip-off. Stay away!!! Ordered a laptop battery. Got it 2 days later and it turns out I ordered the wrong one. Called customer service and got the right battery sent to me overnight with no questions asked. Great service and the price was one of the best I found. Just make sure you check the part number on your current battery before ordering by model.
