legs were missing from the sofa i ordered and also the delivery was made at 1100 pm at night once wayfair was made aware of the problems they bent over backwards to correct them to my satisfaction and i will definitely be ordering from them again

The product that wanted was available in the style, size and color that I needed, along with free shipping. My order was delivered and in perfect condition. I did have a concern that the shipping instructions were that I would have to unload the merchandise from the truck myself. Thankfully, the driver did so; and the item was not that heavy. However, were I to buy something heavier, I might be a little concerned about the stated shipping policy.

Since the dimensions of the chair cushions were not listed on your site, I made an enquiry via e-mail. I received a respose telling me that the warehouse was closed for the long weekend and that the respondent would send the information to me on the following Wed. No e-mail was sent back, and I was unable to purchase the cushions that I preferred.

The product and price point was great. I could not believe how QUICKLY I received the product. I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT WITHIN 30 HOURS OF ORDERING!!!!! However, the wine rack was defective; obviously it was not inspecteded for defective parts prior to mailing. When I called to get a replacement, the customer service respresentive DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THE DEFECTIVE RACK. A new one was shipped and is fine, BUT WHAT DO I DO WITH THE DEFECTIVE WINE RACK?

item turned out to be out of stock and back-ordered until february and i was not notified until i called to inquire about the status of my revised shipping choice which was not updating on the website. while this may only have been because of the busy holiday season i needed it before christmas and therefore cancelled the order. thankfully i found it elsewhere at a better price and with free shipping. if an order i placed at any other time of year went through and i did not find out until days later that it was out of stock for 2 months i would be even more disappointed and turned off by the experience. you need faster online updates of inventory / order status and direct notification if there are problems with it.

The tv stand i purchased arrived with a broken piece. I phoned the customer service dept. and reported it. The customer service person was very competent and courteous. They sent out the replacement piece in a timely manner and I have assembled the tv stand. The stand was very acceptable in its quality. Overall i am happy with this company.
