HORRIBLE!!!!

I ordered flowers for my mother on Thursday, October 1st to be delivered on October 1st. No special occcasion- just because. I never received a call from my mother, so I called her over the weekend and had to ask if she ever received them (so much for the surprise!). She never received them. I called customer service on Sunday and they said they would get back to me. I called again on Monday and they indicated that the flower delivery person could not find my mother's house. I had provided three different phone numbers when I ordered the flowers; however, I never once received a phone call letting me know that they couldn't find my mother's house (my mother lives on the Main st- literally- in her town). If I had not asked my mother about her "surprise" I would have never known that the flowers didn't get delivered. I never once received a call from JustFlowers.com. At this point my mother still has not received the flowers and JustFlowers will not give me a refund. I will never order from JustFlowers again and I guess I'm lucky that this wasn't for a special occasion.

Delivery was not What was purchased, I ordered a dozen roses and a teddy bear for Valentines day for my wife and daughter. I received a dozen so called roses (grocery store variety) and a small box of chocolate's for $125.00. The flowers didn't open, and were dead in 3 days. We complained to justflowers.com and we were told another would be delivered in a few days. We spoke to 2 representative's of the company on 2 different occasions assuring us we would be receiving them in a few days. We since have been informed by another representative that no refund or replacements would be delivered because we didn't respond within 48 hours.
We were told that the 2 other agents for the company misinformed us and they have since been terminated. These flowers actually came from a local grocery store and were simply unwrapped and stuck in a clear vase, no attention to arranging was made This Company has the worst customer relations I have ever experienced, and I do not recommend using their services |

order placed on Dec. 20th for delivery Dec. 22nd, billing appeared instantly. I talked to people I sent flowers to on Dec. 22nd, NO flowers. Email from them saying to call them as they were having problems.Phone call at nine thirty PM Xmas Eve. Could not find a florist (Aspen, Colo.) Next phone call said they found a florist, but his flowers were not up to their quality standards. Another phone call saying they would take off ten dollars and deliver Dec. 26th. I cancelled the order.

I ordered a fruit basket from justflowers.com. They said they could have it delivered on Friday August 24, 2007. It was very important to me that it be delivered that day. There was a death in the family and the funeral was the following day. The fruit basket was not delivered on Friday as promised. They called late at night and left a message on my answering machine that they could not find someone to deliver it. I went through 4 days of messages and emails and stress to find out if it was actually delivered. It was. They had also promised a $10.00 discount for the delivery problem. That never happened. They charged me the full $97.00.

I ordered flowers to be sent to my mother in law after the loss of her mother. They were to be sent to an out of state funeral home. I ordered within the time line on the website for same day service. The flowers did not arrive until four days later.

In looking over all of the Epinions reviews for JustFlowers.com, I see that every single one is rated one star. I wish I had looked here before I ordered my Mother's Day flowers from them, however my experience wasn't nearly as bad as everyone else's.

The worst customer service ever. Ordered flowers for a birthday, they came a day early and were not what I ordered. This company farms out it's orders to smaller local florists so there is no way to really monitor the quality control. The flowers I ordered were not available so they sent some other cheaper ugly flowers in its place. The best part is that I tried to call for 5 days and could not get through to anyone. When I finally did all they said was someone would call me back but could not guarantee a time. I would rather go to the supermarket and pick up a cheap dead bouquet then ever do business with this company again.

My shopping experience at justflowers was absolutely awful. I would warn anyone else who is thinking about ordering from justflowers to not do so. The flowers were ordered well in advance, followed up by an email notification. Unfortunately, that was the end of the good experience. Here it is the day after Valentine's Day , no flowers, no phone calls, no email, no nothing. If i hadn't called the order line I would have thought they had gone out of business(maybe they did, they are just still taking orders.)Customer service is nonexistant, the number is either disconnected or no one can be bothered to pick it up. I realize that Valentine's Day is probably their busiest time of year, but no company no matter how swamped should be able to get away with promising to fill orders and then become unreachable. So i say to you people at justflowers.com never again will I order from you and I will do all I can to steer as much business away from you as possible.

Beware and stay clear! This company ripped me off for a lot of money. My order was never delivered to my friend's family. He died tragically and I wanted the family to receive the flowers before the funeral. They never got them and that was days ago. Something has got to be done to stop these deceiving phonies, who have no conscience whatsoever.
I now realize that it is far better to order from the florist directly. Simply type in the town on the Internet and the word florist and you can easily get that local number and you can converse with the people who will be putting your arrangement together...far better idea, because you will not get the arrangement you see (more than likely) in those pictures anyway. |

I recently ordered a $59.99 Fall Flower Basket with the addition of a box of chocolates. $35.00 was paid for a tiny box of chocolates that has a retail value of $3.99. It was so small it was taped to the side of the 6" basket of flowers and was initially overlooked! Also, I got hit with 2 separate $9.99 charges. One $9.99 was for handling, and the other $9.99 was for service. In addition, the flower basket received does not resemble the Fall Flower Basket picture from their website. A credit was ultimately issued for the candy mix-up - but it was in the amount of $17.50. Do the math and you will see that my order totaled over $104.98! Lousy service, unscrupulous charges, misrepresented floral arrangements and chocolates! Very disappointing! I will most definitely NOT use them again!

Justflowers.com is more like Almostflowers.com. I ordered from this website because hey were the only ones who said they would deliver the day before Mothers Day. I then get a call on Friday and an e-mail that says they could not deliver....no big deal I can just pick Saturday delivery. After all that day was still open on the calendar on the website. Saturday rolls around and no flowers to Mom. Sunday no call and no flowers. Monday 4:30PM A call from a real live person! They said they we so sorry they could not deliver the flowers this weekend, but they could deliver them on Tuesday and waive the delivery fee. Aggrivated, but understanding at this point I agreed. Monday(yes, Monday) at 6:00PM another call from a real live person! They said they would have to move the date to Wednesday...after asking why did they say they could deliver on Tuesday only 1 hour earlier? All I heard was Uhhhhh. I then helped them out by removing some of burden on their delivery system by cancelling my order. Sorry Mom, no flowers this year for Mothers Day :(

A disappointing online experience!! I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. I chose the Saturday prior to Mother's Day for delivery so that someone would be home to receive the flowers. When they did not arrive on Saturday, I called JustFlowers.com Customer Service. I was told that the flowers would be delivered on Sunday, Mother's Day, between 8am and 8pm. I was also informed that these delivery guidelines were posted on their website. They are not a part of their terms and conditions but they are there under delivery info. Well, I took their new delivery promise with a grain of salt! You know what happens next. On Monday, I called to cancel my order. I was told that they had one more option, to deliver the flowers with an apologetic note stating that it was not my fault that the flowers did not arrive in time for Mother's Day and they would remove the delivery fee. I think they run this scam all the time as a method to oversell a holiday. Who wants their flowers the day after? If that were the case, I could buy them after the holiday for half the price anyway. NO THANKS JustFlowers!!!!

Great pictures of a huge variety of flowers, but you may not get what you ordered. This was my experience. When I emailed and told them I saw what was delivered, and it was not what I ordered; I received a curt automatic response - sorry you were not satisfied and our policy is no refunds or adjustments. Also a surprise $6 handling fee, along with the $10 service fee made it expensive-$60 for a small basket.

Please do not order from justflowers.com. They are by far the worst company I have dealt with as an e-commerce shopper. Not only did they not deliver my order on the date requested, their customer service line was busy for 4 days! Further, they only responded to one of the many e-mails I sent. Ironic enough it was the one that said 'please cancel my order;' of which they agreed, yet my credit card was still charged $60! I should have researched this company prior to my order - it screams terrible service; do make the same mistake I did. Overall, I give this company a zero. Order from FTD, 1-800-flowers.com, or even your local florist. You won't regret it...

Worst consumer experience I have ever had. Ordered flowers mid-morning Feb 13th. Flowers were not delivered until 4 days late! Would have been later if I had not persisted. Their phone system was either down or not functioning properly for 4 days. Automated phone system and e-mails made no sense. Most customer service reps were nice and tried to help. Wound up paying $50 for an apology that was 4 days late. BBBonline rating is "F". Fishy that site operates under two names justflowers.com and flower.com. As of 2/17/2006 there was a grammatical error in the "About us" section on there website.

My god so many reviews. Hard to believe this is the same place I order my flowers from. But most of them are from Mothers day and Valentines and I know how hard it is to get good flowers and chocolates from some of the places Ive shopped around that time. But I haven't had a problem with JustFlowers yet and I've been buying from them for about 2 years now. I remember one time I almost forgot my parents silver anniversary and I called JustFlowers kind of late but they had my flowers delivered 4 hours later! I was surprised because I called to check on my order and they picked up on the first ring and my flowers were already delivered. Maybe thats why I like them so much. Anyways, my fiance works for the government and he's always coming home saying how people are always complaining when something goes wrong at his work and no one ever says anything when they do something right. This company promised delivery on a Thursday, did not deliver, did not notify me until 10:30 pm, then promised delivery on Friday, did not deliver, did not inform me that they would be unable to deliver until too late on a Friday pm to order with another vendor. Promised a refund and did not receive it! This company extremely difficult to get in touch with, does not return call and uses the "We're just the middle guy" excuse. Do yourself a favor and call a local florist!!

See every negative review below and I was amazed how their experiences mirrored mine entirely. This is the first, the first, time I have ever gone to a site comparable to this and posted a review. Trust me, justflowers.com is horrible and their customer service is as bad as it can possibly be. What a joke = if we don't fulfill the agreement we made with you, we'll refund the delivery fee. Gee thanks! I am now awaiting my reimbursement from these incompetents. If you decide to use these people for your order, be 100% sure the recipient of your flowers is not important to you.

Since the website has a large choice it took a while to find what I wanted. However, I can not tell you how disappointed I was when I say the arrangement for flowers that was delivered. It looked like a $9.99 bouquet from Safeway which I paid $75.00 for. I understand that they can not produce the exact copy of the arrangement that I ordered but they did not even tried. Needless to say they refused to refund my money because the flowers were fresh and apparently, according to JustFlowers this is the only thing that matters. They obviously are in the wrong business since they don't know anything about flowers. I would NEVER order from them again and I would not recommend them to anybody else.

The customer service rules and my order got delivered quickly. I placed a last minute order for v-day and it got there just a few hours later. I called to check on the order after I placed it - i had to wait awhile to get through but the customer service rep checked the order for me and made sure that everything was okay - which it was. I'm definatly going to use this service again!

Never ever order from this company! I ordered a plant for my husband for Valentine's Day. Valentine's Day came and went, and no plant was delivered. It is now the evening of February 15, and nothing has been delivered. I began calling customer service last evening and called all day today. The toll-free customer service number was busy every time. When I called the toll-free order number, I was told that it was an answering service and could only take orders. The customer service rep gave me an alternate customer service number - this was busy too. I looked up justflowers.com on hoovers.com and found a local Los Angeles telephone number. What a surprise - this number was busy too! I decided that this company is completely shady, so I called my credit card company and disputed the charges. Don't trust this company.

I ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversary and they were not delivered at all and no call. I tried to call customer service many times they never answered phone and actually just hung up once, I called at 5:00 PM when customer service was supposed to be open until 10:00 PM. Please be warned and use another service. I was embarrassed that my wife got no flowers.
