I bought what the company described as white coconut oil.  However, when it arrived, the oil was not white but garish yellow and artificially butter flavored.  Totally unusable for soapmaking, which was the reason for my purchase.   The item description did not state anywhere that the oil was colored and flavored.  I posted my concerns on the customer service area of the website the day the item arrived, referencing my order number and providing contact information, but no one has ever responded to my online query.  Had the item description been complete, I would never have purchased the oil, but now I am stuck with 50 pounds of non-returnable oil I can't use, and the company never even apologized for their mistake.  I am very dissatisfied and would not do business with this vendor again.  No amount of ease of use of the website and on-time delivery can make up for non-responsiveness when a problem occurs.  And a complete item description is the most basic and important starting place for an online retailer!

The Instawares website is very user friendly and just loaded with many items.  I have no problem finding anything I ever look for on their site.  In addition, I recieve my items very promplty and the communication on order status is great.  Along with great prices, I would highly reccomend using Instawares!

My son has a small bakery and finding inexpensive packaging was a challenge until we found Instawares whose bread bags are the cheapest of all. Good quality too and shipping is extrordinarily fast.

I was searching for boning knives, particularly Forsch/Victorinox knives and was delighted to discover your great selection. Pricing was very competitive and I picked four knives that I intended to try out on an upcoming deer hunt in Alabama. My knives were delivered four days later and exactly as I had ordered. The trip was a success and the knives performed admirably. My sons-in-law, who accompanied me on the trip were likewise impressed with the knives and will be ordering some for themselves. I'm looking forward to the $5 coupon so I can buy some more knives.

I stumbled across this website while I was doing some shopping on Cyber Monday and I was impressed with the selection and reasonable prices. I ordered a couple cases of Seventh Generation laundry detergent at a price WAY too good to pass up and MUCH cheaper than a few bottles would have been at my local discount store. To my amazement the shipment arrived at my home less than 72 hours later.  I have had a great experience and I am likely to be a repeat customer time and time again!  Especially with prices and selection that can't be beat!

Overall shopping experience was quick and easy. Delivery was prompt and glasses were well packaged and in perfect condition upon arrival. Only problem was they weren't as big as we would have liked, so we returned them and reordered the same glasses in a larger size. We are ordering for a major company with 250 employees.  The on line ordering is simple and friendly.  The confirmation emails are helpful.  I even get a notice by email saying the order has been shipped.  The packing lists are my receipts.  Overall, we are very happy with ordering the cups and lids for the flavia machines.

Devestated by Katrina ,Our Dental office., We were able to order and recieve everything other than dental equipmet delivered to us. Best Price. Great communication Fast exact order shipping. Notices of backorder or wait period for some item. Giving us a choice to either cancal or chose similar item avaliable  now.  We were able to completely restore, and get back in operation before city Government eveen returned.  Thanks Instaware, for always being their tru the last 6 years. I can always fing great prices on items only sold at 300%mark and  special order. at the price they are probably geting it at. and no wait middleman shipping involved.

It took absolutley forever for the product to arrive. We needed them before Christmas for candle sales. They got here too late and they still are yet to be opened because another company's order, that we didn't think was going to arrive quickly enough, (a whole pallet by the way) got to us within a week of ordering it. For as little product as was ordered from your company, it shouldn't have taken so long.

My old metric converter hand-held calculator failed after many years and I googled  a replacement. I have frequent use of a portable metric calculator for easy enginerring work and foreign travel. Instawares site was thorough in their descriptions and easy to navigate.  I purchased their SHARP Elsimate EL-344R model metric calculator which was shipped to me quickly and and was in good working order when it arrived.

We needed a  5 or 6 dozen coffee mugs for our office. Our sustainability task force was unhappy with disposable cups, and we are an architectural design group, so we needed a well-designed mug.


Instawares had a great selection to choose from. We were able to find a nice design in a very well made mug at a great price.

It took over 40 days to receive my items. When they finally arrived they were not what I wanted. I was charged a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping.  Don't do business with this middle man. Terrible customer survice. It took over 15 minutes to get someone to help me. Now I'm waiting an additional 4 days for a RA#.

Ordered a rolling cart on Aug. 22nd.  by the 31st they still had not even shipped it.  No notice or anything about the delay from them.  I tried 3 times to send an inquiry to them on their contact us tab, all three times I get different kinds of server errors.  Not happy with this company so far at all.

My order was placed on November 16th, I am still waiting confirmation that the item was shipped, the estimated date was December 10th. I contacted customer service and I am waiting to hear from them.

Placed my order on 10/8/09, estimated shipping date was supposedly 10/9/09.  Today is 10/20 with no sign of shipment.  Their website says "order sent to warehouse for shipment." I am going to ask for a refund.  No customer service number to call, emails go unanswered.

Website was easy to navigate. The price of the product was much cheaper than other merchants. Shipping took a little long but that's because it was coming out of the East Coast.

The order came in good time. The product broke in its second days use. That is when the trouble began! Response time was slow and there was no way to contact except be e-mail. I was sent to the supplier to deal with the issue and they were not supposed to deal directly with me as consumer. This is not an acceptsable way to do business!

Having been on the other end of doing business with this company - we are a manufacturer who sold to Instawares as a distributor.
We did all the work - sold our product to Instawares, then drop shipped to the Instaware customer.  When the Instawares account became delinquent, we held shipments.  We found out that Instawares blamed the delay of shipment to their drop-ship customers on our bad business practices, our slow delivery time, etc.  Their website claimed to have thousands of our products in stock.  Also not true - they ordered from us when they received an order.  They charged their customers immediately, so they got their money -  they just didn't feel the need to pay us within 90 days.
Some of their customers would call us in anger to see why we weren't shipping. 
We no longer do business with this company, and warn other
manufacturers of their poor payment history and major game playing.

I Ordered a $1200 Dough Press online from them.  It came with no shipping damage to the package however a major bolt on the unit is bent and the press cannot be adjusted.  Again, The box was in no way damaged.  I called the manufacturer and explained the problem and they stated I had to contact Instawares since I purchased it from them.  I have emailed them multiple times over the past week with no response.  No phone number is listed on their site under the "Contact Us" link.  It allows Email only with a form or email address.  I have done both with no response.  I will contact my credit card company tomorrow

This is a really awful company to deal with and I will never deal with them again.

I ordered two products from them, they charged my credit card immediately for both items, and in the confirmation they indicated a delivery time of 3-6 days. Three weeks later they still had not shipped one of the two items in the order. I cancelled the order and now two weeks later they still have not processed the refund. Instead they provide a very poor excuse that they must confirm with the manufacturer that the order is cancelled. I did not order the item from the manufacturer, I ordered it from Instawares and they had no trouble charging my credit card immediately and should have no trouble refunding it immediately. I believe they are essentially incompetent or dishonest in their dealings with me and will NEVER do business with them again. Buyer beware at Instawares!
