Inksite is one of those companies that just does everything right. The products (the remanufactured ink) are excellent, they ship incredibly quickly, and they even include a lollipop. The prices are fantastic also.

I've emailed them a few times with questions on printers and ink, and the president always gets back to me very quickly with an incredibly thorough answer. I've asked them to extend their return policy after my printer died, and they cheerfully did it and issued a prompt credit.

We just got a new printer that doesn't have remanufactured ink available for it yet. But I'll be buying the OEM cartridges from inksite anyway.

Seems everybody knows how great inksite is. But what they don't know is they go the extra distance to help out also. I was having problems with an Epson printer and how the combined four well cartridges run out of ink so fast. I was redirected to the owner who promised me that the Canon Pixima printer was the way to go with their individual wells. Plus generic inks that work great are less expensive. Just want to say it was the best advise I was ever given. I also bought my mother the same printer. Thank you, guys!

Great company! One of the easiest and fastest transactions I've ever done. I placed an order for a set of printheads on Wednesday at 2:30 PM PST, and it was delivered on Friday at noon. I opted for the cheapest delivery, which was USPS priority, and instead they sent it UPS ground and it came faster! Also, they accept PayPal and the payment process was very easy. I have confirmation from PayPal, and I didn't have to send my credit card numbers through the Internet yet another time. I received two e-mails from Inksite, and the entire process was easy to watch by logging into their site. They get my highest rating for this transaction. I wish all businesses would do as well!

This is the second time I've ordered from Inksite and I'm very satisfied with their products and service. I placed an order online late Monday night and received my toner cartridge at noon on Wednesday. I don't have to spend extra for express shipping because Inksite already has fast delivery. Another unique feature to Inksite is within the package. With every order, Inksite includes a Tootsie Pop. It's just a little gesture but it makes me smile when I open the box. Since I order through their website, I haven't spoken with the staff at Inksite. However, the Tootsie Pop gifts are nice touches of customer service.

Inksite.com has saved me thousands of dollars in replacement cost. I use the refill inks and they are first class. I am very happy with them. I refilled one unit at 20 refills and saved over $640. The cartridge finally just gave up. They are prompt in delivery and service. All resellers should learn from these people.

I want to say thanks for your service and sales. Since I found your site on the WEB, and started using your products, I have saved thousands of dollars.
I tried other sites, which sent many products that did not even function. All of your print inks and replacements are First Class.
I have gone from getting 3 to 7 refills on an ink jet cartridge, to 20 as of my last refill. Sadly though the cartridge just plain "gave up" and I had to send it the the great ink jet grave site.
However, I did get 20 times the expected service out of it before it went. I estimate I saved over $620 dollars in replacement cost by simply refilling my units.

So, THANKS and have a good one.
