Excellent shopping experience. Also, the robot works as advertized. However, the instruction manual could be improved -- it is vague about reinstalling the robot's cleaning head after washing it. It does not mention at all that the charging port cover has to be closed before the robot will power-on (which makes sense, but should be included in the startup instructions).

The only problem I had was it kept forgetting to apply my promotional coupon if I left items in the cart long enough for my session to expire. I would have to empty the cart, log out, clear my cookies, log back in and start over to get the promo code to take again. Not a huge problem, but it should just work.

I was a little confused on the website. I found myself registering my product but didn't know where to look to find the number requested (can't remember what they called the number.) When I called the representative to find out where to look for it they indicated I didn't have to register to get parts but told me how to get to number (remove tray, number right there). Bottom Line - I didn't think it was easy to find the page to order a part and if I wanted to register the product, it would have been helpful if the site had told me where to find it on the unit. Otherwise thought it was a good site. Representative was very helpful and got the parts very quickly. Thank you!

I found the site to be easily navigable, ledgible and informative. But it would be nice to have the motor ratings listed on the site for the vacuums. For future notes, I'm waiting for the vacuum to be designed that has an arm on it for low dusting. (cracks/crevaces and baseboards) AND am waiting for you all to build the slide cover that can disable the cliff sensors for us folks that don't have stairs, but DO have BLACK pattern rugs that need vacuuming as a part of the vacuuming tasks.
