They lure you into ordering with their lower prices, and now I know why. I don't think this company even exists. They do not answer emails. They do not have a working tele#. The tele# listed on their website does not pick up and there is no option to leave a message (try it, if you don't believe me). Ordered an expensive item over 2 weeks ago, have no way in getting in touch with them. I have sent several emails through their website, with no answer. I should have read all the negative reviews from the other purchasers before placing my order :(. I'm so mad.

This is my second order with ikitchen.com.I received my previous order much more quickly than I had expected seeing as how it was backordered for weeks in the other websites i had thought about ordering from.I also received discounts both times making it cost less than from the other sites.I also found that shipping charges were higher with other sites.I loved the product & my experience with ikithcen.com.I would definetly buy from ikitchen.com again!

I did a google search on a particular item and the ikitchen's price was the best that I could find on the whole net. Also, there was a Memorial Day discount on top of that! The link took me directly to the page that I needed, and there was nothing else to do but make my purchase. The actual purchasing process was quick and easy, which summarizes my whole experience with the site. The process was easy, efficient, and I'm excited to get my new juicer!

I was pleasantly surprised to find this site. It carries many of the items I had found here and there elsewhere. Most items were priced comparably or better. There seemed to be more choices when searching for an item. Not only the item specifically for which I searched came up, but also some very similar in use items, some of which were actually better choices for me. I happened to get in on a holiday sale - that was nice, too. Shipping was higher than I would have hoped, but I did order an odd shaped item and all shipping costs are currently up. I found no other coupon codes online, but the holiday sale helped with costs. I will be back if shipping and billing run smoothly. PS - They carry more than only kitchen items.

The iKitchen.com site was quick, convenient and spot on. I easily navigated the site mapping and went immediately to the Garage Sale page which had grabbed my eye. I found the item that ended up buying. The price was great and the instant 5% discount was delightful. The 10% discount for the next purchase was an added bonus. Shipping is through a trust carrier.
