Do NOT ever order anything from this company.  I ordered a set of Cuisinart pots and pans ($266) on May 11, 2009.  It is now Oct 26 and I still have no product and no money.  Never heard from them until early August when I contacted them.  They politely responded with their apologies and excuses - Cuisinart was out but would ship shortly.  By September I cancelled the order.  Research on other sites showed that many had had similar problems.  One had reported them to the New York Attorney General.  I have accused them of fraud.  Last correspondence suggested that I go through my credit card and they would accept the dispute and the CC company would reissue my money.  Still waiting on the bank to do their part.

HORRIBLE! I wish I would have read the reviews before I tried to buy... I ordered a wine fridge, which was never received.  My credit card was charged the day I placed the order- and I'm still trying to get a credit. It has been two months and I have seen nothing, finally elevated the issue to my credit card company. Save yourself a lot of hassle and stay AWAY from this place!!

Ordered a Norpro grain grinder.  After a month and repeated inquires I was told it was back ordered.  After an additional month, I had to cancel my order. Again, repeated emails asking about getting a credit on my card!  As of July 16th I have not received my money back!  I would never deal with this company.  They are very unresponsive!

I made an order in April 2009. NEVER received any merchandise, nor any response from Ikitchen. I found many many similar complaints all over the Internet, the Better Business Bureau, resellerratings.com and others.
I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau bbb.org for help. Still no word from Ikitchen.

Placed an order for a Cuisinart coffee maker.  They charged my credit card.  Then I waited for an email from them to confirm shipping.  After several weeks I sent them an email.  They replied that the item was not available and they would provide a refund.  Following a few weeks of waiting for a refund I contacted them again. They sent me an email reply stating they would process my refund within 72 business hours.  That's about two weeks!  I'm still waiting for my refund. Don't buy from this company. I'm hoping they are not scamming people.  I recommend performing an internet search before you buy from any store.  I learned my lesson.

I ordered something from ikitchen.com on March 17.  Haven't heard a word except that form letter they send as a confirmation stating that "there is a possibility  might be out of stock" and that to contact them it takes 72 hours to respond to any email request, which is ridiculous.  Requested a tracking number after 10 days, never received it.  Obviously this company has a serious problem.  I filed a dispute with PayPal and requested a PayPal refund.  I should have done the research and looked at all the negative reviews on other sites before ordering.

As a consumer who has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in their lifetime with over a hundred internet merchants, I can say without question iKitchen.com has been the worst shopping experience of my life. I bought quite a few items at one time due to the apparent good deals, but here is the list of what went wrong: 1. Raised prices on me, 2. Out of stock, but ran the credit card charge anyway, 3. IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH CUSTOMER SUPPORT, 4. Inflated shipping costs tacked on, very deceitful, 5. Horrible packing on the items sent with tons of damage, 6. When finally got through they demanded I send back items they packed poorly to get my refund and they promised to reimburse me for the return shipping. They lied. They still owe me. Subsequent research online shows this company has defrauded many people and should be avoided at all costs. They are scammers. Beware!

Placed an order mid Dec 08 and cancelled it late Jan 09 when Customer Service couldn't give me a ship date, even though the products I ordered were "available" on their website and were even being discounted after Xmas.  You can only communicate with customer service through email so they can selectively answer your questions...very poor turnaround time also.  They have a 800 number but they won't answer or call you back when you leave a message.  My recommendation is never order from a site that doesn't have a toll free customer service number that works!

I purchased an item 2 weeks ago and there hasn't been no status or tracking updates.  The only way to contact them is via email and they never respond to your messages.  I tried canceling my order, now its wait and see if that even goes through.

Just to let everyone know, they are rated unsatisfactory by the BBB and just searching their reviews online tells you what kind of business they are....they're scammers!!

I had no problems ordering the cookware and a tracking number email was sent back to me very quickly. However going to UPS to track it I found that the package had never been received and it was billing information only.

It took 3 weeks to get an admission that it was backordered.

At ikitchen.com the emails promote items regularly, with clear pictures, the emails don't get hung up in my junk email box, shopping was easy, product pictures were clear, links on the website worked well, the reviews were useful and appreciated. Checkout was quick and easy. coupon codes are offered conveniently and often-not hidden. I liked the message I got after filling in my order form that said "You seem to have omitted the contact phone number" rather than a terse message about incomplete info. Paying options included paypal or the ikitchen checkout. That was a nice convenience. the link for going to paypal worked seamlessly.

Just ordered but the process was very easy. Delivery is yet to be determined. I have purchased from iKitchen in the past and received something other than what i ordered. This turned out to be a none event as their customer service department took care of everything. No muss, no fuss and a very pleasant experience.
