So far so good! It was easy to place my order. I haven't received it yet (just ordered), but hopefully all goes smoothly. I bought a Cuisinart Toaster at much much lower than any other store is currently offering. The shipping was a bit more than I expected to pay, but overall the price was still very good and worth the extra $13 for shipping (yes, that's how good the price was!). I would certainly shop their 50% sale again as long as it arrives okay this week. The site was easy to navigate and the left side columns even included the current sales which was nice to see upfront without any extra digging. They also added a 5% discount which was promoted on the home page. Luckily I saw it and typed in the code at checkout. I personally feel that if they post the code right there on the website, why don't they include that discount at checkout to save everyone that extra step and make you feel even more trusting of the company? Overall though, I am happy with the purchase and the ease of ordering. I had received a promotional email about the sale, saw an item I liked in the email and was able to link directly to that item which was also very nice.

Revised 7/28 (original post 7/21):
I remember now why I was hesitant to order from iKitchen. They are very slow with shipping. I ordered it 8 days ago, they say it will arrive within 5, but if you go to track it, they show no tracking records and tell you not to contact them unless it's been 15 days... for the extra $13 for shipping, you'd think they'd do next day! They clearly make their money on the shipping.
And, even if you check the box saying you would not want any further promotional emails, you WILL get bombarded with their emails.
