I would describe my shopping experience at iKitchen.com as "First Rate." I found the prices Fantastic, although I did find the shipping a bit high. Of course, I did order several heavy items, including a vacuum cleaner, George Foreman grill, coffee maker, etc., but the high shipping cost just about wiped out the discount I obtained. It was still a very good experience, though, because I would have spent about the same amount to purchase from local retailers and would have had to burn quite a bit of gasoline to get all of these items from various local stores. I also benefitted from being able to check the customer ratings of each item I purchased. I opened a separate web page and went to Wize.com and Consumer Reports' web site to see what other customers were saying about the products I was purchasing. In each case, the items being offered by iKitchen.com were rated 4-5 stars (out of 5), which was reassuring to me. I realized that iKitchen.com was offering top quality, top-of-the line merchandise. Finally, I appreciated the option of paying via PayPal. While I did not take advantage of this option for my current order, it was another reassurance that I was dealing with an established, reliable company.

Overall, I would rate my experience "Five Stars" (out of 5)! Thanks!
