Order placed by Email on 10th march 2008. Follow up Email from firm on 11th march. Order received by mail on morning of 18th march. For you information this included the time it took for the packet to be opened and inspected by Australian customs. Total time taken for order 7/8 days which is very good for passage by USA/Australia by post. If all order go like this, I would have no problems using this company again.

Always ships in a timely fashion and is competitively priced. A product ordered in error was returned and credit was promptly issued. Great merchant that should be a model to the online order industry.

Most of the time I'm pretty happy shopping there, but every few orders they'll, inexplicably, delay shipping.

Supposedly, if you order before 1 p.m. PST and everything is in stock, they'll ship the same day. Which is great when they do...and aggravating when they don't. No explanation why an order is delayed, even though everything is in stock and the order was placed many hours before their 1 p.m. cutoff time.

Still, prices are good (no discounts, though) and $4 flat-rate UPS ground shipping is nice (hurts if you're only ordering 1 item).

So, I do recommend iHerb. Just don't count on them honoring their 1 p.m. "order by" deadline.
