WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!  I have contacted them 2 times by email, asking for status of the package (which was shipped 3 weeks ago as of today).  I have yet to get ANY emails back.  The charge has been put into dispute with my credit card company.  What a hassle and a nuisance.  ARGG.... AVOID THIS SITE!!

I have been very pleased with my shopping experience with iHerb generally. There is one exception which is probably my fault. I bought, on special 6 x 120 caps EDTA Chelator complex for myself snd my husband only to find they disagreed with both of us. By the time I had experimented with stopping and restarting etc I found that the time limit to return them was up so now have 5 1/2 unused bottles in my cupboard. That is my only grump.

The order process was easy. I have not received the product yet. It has been rescheduled and is predicted to be delivered on December 2, 2009. Likely due to Thanksgiving weekend but still 9 days is a long time for a delivery.

I have shopped at iHerb for nearly 10 years. They always have what I want in stock, and they have always delivered it on-time. Moreover, each order has been well-packaged to withstand any delivery tramas. So, I've never received broken bottles or damaged goods. Further, their shipping rates have always been reasonable. . . . Bottom line, as long as they keep "delivering the goods," I'll keep shopping at iHerb!

Very quick delivery. I ordered on a Saturday and received the package on the following Wednesday, in Holland. Even though they said it might take a few extra days due to storage reorganization, it was even quicker than normal shipping time. And only USD 12,00 for DHL shipping with a tracking number, which is a low price I haven't seen anywhere else. Iherb.com will definitely be the number 1 place to shop in the future provided they have what I want to buy.

Order arrived extremely late, due it transpired to a failure with the postal system here in Australia. I went to the local post office to check whether they had seen the package and it had been sitting there for weeks. Iherb were not very understanding when I told them the package was late, but the product is good, so I shall buy again from them.

They have always been great with prices and shipping times. However, my order in August took 3 days to ship. That wasn't too bad, but I seemed like it only shipped because I complained. Now an order I placed near the end of October only shipped now a week an 1/2 later. That is crazy slow!

Apart from the order on 9/25 that has only been shipped last week ( there were to be up to 3 days delay due to internal restructuring not really sure as to why it took nearly 3 weeks) the service is awesome and i am sure this was a one of.Selection of produsts is extensive,prices affortable and shipping from USA less then i would pay in Australa.They always have free samples,special offers,reviews of products and very easy to use system,really enjoyable shopping experience will continue to buy from i herb as opposed to other suppliers.

This merchant has provided me with excellent service over a period of time of several years. Although my order has not shipped yet, I expect no problems. This merchant is undergoing at this time warehouse renovations which may delay shipment of my order 2 to 6 days.

I am a new customer from IHerb.com and I did not appreciated my first buying experience with that reseller. NOT happy at all.  
 
I did my first order on Sept,28 2009...I read on there website there was 6 days delay due to warehouse re-organisation, after that delay I write them to ask what is going on with my order.  
So they replied at first that my order will be shipped on Monday Oct 05, 2009 and a second email said my item was shipped on Tuesday Oct 06, 2009.  
Now I just found out that my order was shipped on  
Monday Oct 12, 2009...WHAT A BUNCH OF LIES FROM IHERB.com...They do not offerring any discount or rebate for all thoses troubles...  
 
I owned a company and I do not treat my customers like that...  
 
I could understand your warehouse problem but at least do not lie to your customer about delivery date...

Last night, I contact IHerb on Live Chat, I asked the lady for a rebate on my next purchase...this morning I received an email from IHerb and they gave me a shipping refund.

Now waiting 12 days for my Iherb order to SHIP. Site claims they are reorganising their systems and there would be a maximum of 1-6 days delay. I've contacted customer service 3 times and just got generic replies that have no real information. This is unacceptable and makes me worry that there is something else wrong with that company.  The worst thing is that I made another order on the 3rd October, not realising the problems!  Both now appear on my account as 'Ready to Ship'.  What a joke!  I have been recommending Iherb to other people for some time and now have to let them all know that something is seriously wrong.

Excellent speed of delivery. I got the packagde to Sweden in 2 days and only for 12 bucks ! Comfortable and quickly to place the order, the credit card information is stored on the server, so I have only to confirm the order and it is all done !
