I answered yes to the last question, but I would only buy if they could make sure the shipper packed more carefully! There are chips and dents in the wood of my chairs and you could see the boxes had been banged around a lot! And inside there was only some cardboard separting the peices and all the small pieces were banging around loose!

Product was delivered today. The carton for the buffett was torn open at one end and parts falling out. I refused this item but did accept the hutch. I contacted customer service @ IFURN and advised situation. They advised that I would receive a replacement and apologized for the problem.

IFurn was great. The package was damaged in transit by the shipping company. I had to refuse it and contact IFurn for a replacment. They were very professional and caring. All turned out well. I definitely recommend them.

Received product on time. It was damaged due to shipping. I contacted ifurn and I am presently waiting for the replacement parts to be shipped and delivered. Customer rep Laura Fox was very eager to resolve the situation for me. I hope the replacement parts arrive quickly and undamaged this time.

I do not like the fact that they charged my credit card before telling me that the product is backordered until February. I still do not have a guarantee that the product will arrive then, however I was charged for the table in December.

The website was easily navigated/user friendly however when trying to confirm shipment and track my package error nootices kept popping up. Also delivery was screwed up and the shipping co. did not confirm delivery date. I don't know if I would purchase from ifurn again or not.

I ordered this fan and it said that shipment would be one date then I got a note that it would be later - not very specific and that my charge had been processed. I'm concerned that it may be difficult to get a credit if they never ship the fan. I like to be charged when shipment is made.

iFurn in itself was very good to work with. However, the furniture we ordered wasn't packaged very well (the manufacturer's fault, not theirs), and UPS really beat it up. We had to order a lot of replacement parts. The people at iFurn were very nice and the whole thing was as hassle-free as it could be. They kept us updated on the shipping of the new parts and asked repeatedly if there was anything else they could do. I would recommend iFurn, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend ordering from the manufacturer we chose.

Hi, I just placed my furniture order, so the questions about delivery are not applicable. However, I found I had ordered the wrong color, and I found it very easy to contact the company and correct the error prior to the shipping of the item. I was able to get this handled in only a minute or two...much faster than with other companies I've called. Daryle Gardner-Bonneau
