Product and price are great. I never received a confirmation of shipment or a tracking number so I did not know when to expect me package. Other than that I was happy with the service.

The item came in a good condition except there was a bolt missing. One complaint I have is about shipping. The driver unloaded 6 big boxes on the street next to my pretty long driveway. I was forced to carry those boxes by myself into my house.

The folks at iFitnessDirect.com were great. There was a point at which I contacted them stating I might need to return the item for a refund because the person I bought it for already had a similar item. They bent over backwards to make that easy for me. As it turned out, the person I bought the item for liked it better than what she had and decided to keep it, so no return/refund was necessary in the end, but they were awesome, nevertheless. Would glady do business with them again.
