The purchase experience and pricing were excellent at iFitnessDirect. However, follow-up during shipping was confusing and difficult. I was emailed incorrect tracking info, and had to make several phone calls to straighten it out. Tracking info, once I finally obtained it, was incomplete and misleading (delivery occurred three days after the tracking info indicated). But we are very pleased with the bicycle

Everything was fine. However, it would be advantageous if iFitness Direct arranged collection of Cdn GST so a Canadian customer would not have to go to customs and pay it upon arrival. I did appreciate free shipping to Canada though.

Item damaged during shipping - Evidence shipping box incorrectly lifted by fork lift. Merchant has been very responsive in working to have repair part sent. Slight mixup on curbside delivery, did not receive a call/email on delivery date. Overall I am happy with this merchant and would buy from again.

I was very happy with everything except the condition of the package. The product had a number of scratches, the package had almost come apart during shipment, and parts were scattered all over the inside of the box. If you like, I can provide photos, as I took many pictures as proof to my claims. It may be a problem with the manufacturer, not the seller. As functionality is more important than looks, the product works just fine. Let me know if you would like the digital pictures.

I had purchased a dipping bar to be shipped to Canada, Onatrio Unfortunately, the shipping cost was too expensive to justify the order and, therefore, I chose to cancel the order. The employees of IFitnessDirect were kind enough to call me to inform me of the shipping cost before they sent it out. Thanks to them, I did not end up making a purchase that had a shipping cost that exceeded the price of they item by nearly 200%. I appreciate their consideration and effort.

A few plastic parts were damaged in the shipping. Bodycraft immediately sent the replacement parts -- I was very pleased with their quick response.

The package was two weeks in getting to me through UPS. An email or phone call in regards to it being late or not in stock would have been sufficient. I lost two clients in waiting on this particular item. In the future when items are of demand and not in stock some type of alert needs to go out to consumers stating so. Having a consumer wait and not knowing what is taking place with an order is unacceptable.

The iFitnessDirect.com store indicated the product was in stock and "ships immediately". Neither was true. The product was to be drop shipped from a wholesaler, who was out of stock. iFitnessDirect.com had my correct contact info but didn't bother to contact me and let me know my "ships immediately" item was not going to ship. Instead I used their "live person" chat to check the order status a few days later since I'd not received a tracking number. I was told the item was out of stock but expected in a few days. I called back a week later, and the item was still not in stock, so I requested a refund and cancelled. They cancelled gracefully. If they had contacted me immediately to tell me the item was out of stock, they would have received a "Good", because their customer service once contacted (Live Person only, couldn't get though on the phone) was great. But failing to notify me of status definitely counts as "poor". They have no online order status either, just a static page showing the order details.
