The search process on the site is fairly straight forward, though a bit frustrating. This is due to a lack of variety within product catagories and skimpy descriptions. Prices are good, particularly for multiples of an item. I tried to purchase enough filter replacements to last a year and qualify for the free shipping.

Used Google to find product by part number. Then found iallergy. Ordered product. Product came in two days. I asked for a paper catalog but did not receive one. Maybe there is no such catalog.

I have an older Honeywell air cleaner. Not everyone carries replacement filters for it. Not only did iAllergy have the appropriate filters, but their prices were great. My filters arrived, perfectly packed, within two days!

We purchased two Honeywell humidifiers in October 2005. We spent the next 6 months waiting for the arrival of the mineral absorption pads---the item that is needed so the humidifier doesn't sound like a constant boiling teapot (which is impossible to sleep through!!). We called iAllergy repeatedly to order replacement pads and were told that the pads would be available in a couple of weeks or by the end of the month. After 6 months of waiting for the pads and not being able to use the humidifier because it kept us up at light with its rumbling boil, we asked to return the Honeywell humidifiers because we were not able to use them. The customer service person was obnoxious, we asked to speak to the manager and we were told "there wasn't one." We asked to be contacted by anyone other than the individual we spoke with and no one returned our call. The customer service person said they wouldn't refund the two humidifiers because we had had them too long. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the products because iAllergy kept telling us that the mineral absorption pads would be there shortly. We didn't return the items sooner because we believed their claims that the mineral absorption pads would soon be available. And, once our patience wore out, iAllergy said we couldn't refund the items. We've found iAllergy's business practices to be fraudulent in not telling consumers the truth up front so we could have made an informed purchasing decision. This whole experience has been a nightmare. We would recommend that if you ever purchase a humidifier make sure you have enough replacement part at the beginning of the humidifier season to carry you through; otherwise, purchase a different item. iAllergy didn?t care about customer service, they just cared about making a buck. We would have gladly exchanged our humidifiers for another make/model, but they didn?t provide us with that option. We would have been happy long term customers returning to buy replacement pads/filters in the future.

For me, the best part of the entire ordering process was the quick shipping. I placed my order on a Tuesday afternoon and it was shipped out just two hours later. That's fast! The basic experience was faultless. Service was prompt and accurate, and the correct item - a Honeywell warm moisture humidifier - arrived as expected.

I encountered an issue, however, when I attempted to replace some disposable filter pads used by the unit. The principal supplier had temporarily run out of stock. When I notified iAllergy of the problem, they went out of their way to quickly locate and provide a temporary supply to tide me over until my original filter pad order could be filled. I was most impressed by the quick, courteous and effective customer service, something not found just anywhere these days. And the unit itself has performed well. After this experience, I would give iAllergy an unqualified recommendation.

For the benefit of readers, I have no personal or professional connections to iAllergy. This was my first purchase from them, and should the opportunity arise, there will definitely be others in the future.

I had a question about one of their products, and received a response to my email within minutes. It's nice to know that they have quick responsive and helpful customer service. The humidifier I ordered was the best price I found anywhere, and they shipped it out the very same day I placed the order. iAllergy sent me an email with the tracking number, and it was delivered in perfect condition just two days later.

I placed an order on January 3rd 2006 for a Hunter Humidifier and was pleased to see the item was in stock according to IALLERGY. Two minutes later I received an e-mail confirming my order and an hour later I received a tracking number to track my shipment. My order arrived at my door the following day! We put in and order on Monday Jan. 31 9:15 P.M. On Feb. 2nd It was delivered. We got free shipping,what I would consider as very fast shipping. The order was accurate. iAllergy.com set the record for the fastest delivery of an online product ever! I ordered a Slant/Fin 3.5 gallon humidifier on a Monday afternoon around 2pm. The product arrived the next afternoon. Obviously iAllergy has an excellent order and response system and ships immediately. If more online stores shipped this fast (Amazon, are you reading this?) I wouldn't have to drive around to so many local stores for the need-it-now items. Hmmm... think of the savings in gas and time wasted.

Anyway, this was a very good company to do business with for the first time, and I will definitely put them at the top of the list for future purchases, especially considering their excellent prices.

I ordered a Hunter 34357 Humidifier on Dec.22 and received it on December 24, UPS ground. It must have been shipped within moments of when I ordered it online. I got the product that I wanted quickly and at a good price. I would definitely buy through iAllergy again.

I was very pleased with every aspect of the service I received from iAllergy.com. I called up and was interested in purchasing the Honeywell Warm Mist HWM-2030 Humidifier. I had a few questions regarding the product and was very pleased with the answers I received.

I then placed my order, was given a confirmation number, which I was told was immediately being sent to me via e-mail. As for delivery, I was told it was going to shipped either Friday, or Monday. When I hung up the telephone, sure enough, there was a confirmation in my e-mail, I received a shipping confirmation on Monday and my humidifier arrived within a couple of days in perfect condition.
