Very responsive to customer concerns. I had concerns about shipping cost as they appeared higher than another merchant however even with higher shipping cost the products were cheaper. i haad looked at several other sites, that said they had what i needed but the illustration was wrong. since i did not at the time have the book for this copier, i had to go by the illustration. not only did it look right but the price was also right. it came in only 5 days and fit and works well. i will definitely go back to them when it comes time for the ink cartridge. now all i need it a site to send the empties for recycling. thank you imarket.

I ordered what I thought was a child safe fan- and when I got it it was absolutely NO different than any other fan. I could fit my finger through the slots of the fan which is NOT child safe. I will not order from this company ever again because I don't believe what they say about the products! This company needs to know the products before the put "child safe" on a producy!!

Purchase experience was flawless. Product is lovely. Printed instructions were written/edited in awkward broken English language. Difficulty arose when product failed and merchant technical representative's speech was difficult to understand. Technician sent replacement part for us to repair. Problem was totally resolved to our satisfaction. This is a good reputable company to do business with.
