Have made several purchases through HP and have always had excellent service. Have had no problems with the merchandise ordered.

Its been very easy to shop at HP Direct. Unfortunately I have recieved a few items that have had some major flaws. Hopefully HP corrects some of their quality control issues in the future.

The error was my fault - it was hard to figure out what to do. The representative did a good job. It seemed like it took a long time (approx. 30 minutes on the phone) to arrive at a solution. When I receive my shipment I will then be satisified.

Shopping at HP Direct was no problem. I'm just disappointed in the product. The set-up was not like the manual described. Had to get a friend to all sort of stuff that was in no way mentioned in the manual. The copier part of this is awful. . .entirely too slow. Had to go out and purchase a stand alone printer because this one caused way too much frustration.

I would liked it if the product properties were more clearly stated. I wanted a wireless printer, thought I bought a wireless printer but in fact have a printer that connects via an ethernet cable. I'm dissapointed.

Ordered a quick ship computer on line, Followed the progress with order tracking. But received a email saying the order had been cancelled. No explanation, other than an item on the order was not in stock. Further telephone conversations revealed that the type of computer was no longer available.

Computer arrived less than 24 hours after it was ordered. Amazing. Not real crazy about the robot voice activated answering on the customer service line (everything had to be repeated twice regardless of how clearly I spoke) but the wait to talk to a human was mercifully short.

I was very very disappointed with Customer Service I called them to find out where my order was and got a foreigner that spoke broken English, couldn't understand her and got no where - very frustrated - called Fed Ex - as of this writing I still haven't received my item - after receiving notification that it was shipped on 1/21/11 - Just received a call from Fed Ex and they located the order and should be here tomorrow - hung up in Customs - coming from Mexico - So now we are building in Mexico - customer service is handled in India - no wonder US is in the unemployment slump we are in. I am contemplating returnig the item based on this horrific experience and ordering AMERICAN

It's unusual for HP Direct to have the lowest price but in this instance, they did. The website was well laid out and purchasing the product was very simple. I'd buy from HP Direct again if the price is right.
