I just received an order from HouserShoes.com and I'm extremely unhappy because it was supposed to be shipped to another address - an address I have entered on their website.  When I called, I talked to probably the nastiest customer service rep I have ever dealt with on the phone or in person.  She was not helpful and in the end, would not accept a return or send a new pair out to the correct address.  She raised her voice with me and insisted that it couldn’t possibly be the fault of HouserShoes.com.   I now have a pair of shoes that I have to reship and don’t know if it will get there in time for Christmas.  I would never purchase from this company again.  I understand companies make mistakes.  At minimum, I expect the customer service rep to be helpful and for the company to assist the customer in rectifying the situation.

My shopping experience with HouserShoes.com was great. I was able to find Aetrex athletic shoes for a great price that I wear every day. I had never bought Aetrex shoes before, but the testimonials of these enticed me. I love them and wear them almost every day. I received them quickly and packaged very well.
