This was the first time I had ever gone to this website. The products are absolutely great and the online experience was excellent. The site is easy to use and easy to navigate around in. The product I ordered was exactly what I expected. The promptness of receiving the order was excellent. I had to not only do there "live" chat to get "help" just in turn for them to tell me they did not handle that department and I needed to make a LONG distance PHONE call which I then had to leave a MESSAGE which then it took 2 days to get a return phone call stating that it would be another WEEK for my product to ship and arrive. I was initially pleased with the merchant. They had the item I was looking for, the price was good, I received the order promptly. Unfortunately the bamboo straws were worthless because they had a crack along the sides.
