Shopping experience was fine. I needed to contact HomeWetBar on one occassion and a representative got back to me quicker than expected. I ordered personalized beer mugs for my son for Christmas. When he opened them, he was very excited and was obviously pleased with the gift. He asked a lot of questions as to where I bought the glasses, etc. And for the next few days of the Christmas holiday, he showed all of our guests his new treasures! Thank you!

I purchased three signs as Christmas gifts from the HomeWetBar.com Online Store - 'Irish Whiskey Personalized Pub Sign', the 'Irish Pub Personalized Sign with Nameboard' and the 'Warning Man Cave Ahead Personalized Sign'.  The three signs were professionally constructed and look awesome.  The estimated ship date supplied by HomeWetBar was right on the money and the packaging of the three items was great.  After I placed the order, I had one question for customer service and they answered me promptly with the correct information.  This was one of the easiest online purchases I made.  I look forward to doing repeat business with HomeWetBar and I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

After placing my order i saw that a portion of the mailing address was omitted by accident. A return to the website showed that it was after business hours but a place on the site allowed for the correction to be submitted. Correction submitted. In the morning i received an e-mail notification that confirmed the change had been made before shipping. All in all, that and the ease of navigating the site impressed me.

Exceptional customer service!  I had several questions and concerns regarding shipping, as I had a small window of time within which the order could be received and am willing to use only a limited number of carriers for delivery of shipments.  All questions and concerns regarding shipping methods and timeframe were promptly addressed and answered.  Customer service kept in contact with me throughout via email advising of order status.   Products arrived timely and in great condition.   I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the products and prices.

I loved the live interaction via IM while I was ordering online. The rep was able to answer any questions I had immediately, giving me the confidence I needed to place the order. I liked that they sent a catalog with the item I purchased - smart because I've already flagged additional items I would like to purchase in the near future for others. Very happy with their service. When I checked my order I noted that the item I ordered did not come in but they replaced the order with a similar (upgraded version)which was an added plus. I am not good at looking at a photo and judging the size of something - guess I should have gotten out a ruler and measured out the size of this traveling bar - it is huge - I was looking for something more of the size of a holder of two bottles plus miscellaneous parts (wine opener, etc). This is a holiday gift and I am afraid the person receiving it will want to return it due to its size - if so, I will be in touch about a smaller size travel bar though I can't say I remember seeing such while checking your merchandise. The service and speed of delivery were excellent - misjuding the size is my fault. I am not good at seeing the size of something on the internet - I should have gotten out a ruler and measured this suggested case - it is huge. It is a Christmas gift and the person receiving it may wish to return it. I was looking for a smaller case - holds two bottles plus wine opener. etc ... if I had spoken to a human I may have asked for more specific details as to size and what the case contained - this is my fault - the service received was prompt without complications.
