BEWARE of their used car stereos. The sent me a total of 3 filthy, broken units. None of them worked. I had to pay for return shipping. Then they only gave me a partial refund because they charge a restocking fee for returns. YES, THEY PLAN TO RESTOCK THE FILTHY BROKEN STEREO AND RESELL IT TO THE NEXT CUSTOMER. Do not buy used products from HifiSoundConnection.com. They sell broken stereos that they do not even test before they sell them.

They just forgot my order I guess, it had been 2 weeks since the putchas. When I called customer service, they told me my item had just shipped the day before, but the UPS tracking indicated that it was shipped out that same evening after I had called. But I do have my item and it is fine. I guess I should have called sooner, everyone makes a mistake sometime. It was a great deal, and I will buy from them again.

Bait and switch I ordered a KICKER SPEAKER Box of a certain type but got another box. Was told that they had no more boxes that I had ordered so they sent out another one of a different kind in its place. I received the other box broken not just once but four times in a row, the fifth time the box was ok, several weeks later. I still to this day have not received the difference of the original speaker box $$ that I had ordered. I have called and e-mailed four different times with my original order number #11708894 still to this day 2/25/2011 have not got nothing yet not even a reply.

I have perchased from HiFi Sound a couple of times. The products are Great and thier shipping is super fast. I saved them as a favorite in ebay. Thier prices are usually the cheapest so why shop anywhere else? Very happy with all my purchases. Would definatly recomend this seller.

in the phone callto HiFiSoundconnection prior to the sale, the stereo was represented as almost new, removed from a new vehicle in a stereo upgrade. The recieved stereo was from a wrecked vehicle, and was clearly subjected to the weather. Additionally, the recieved stereo has the same malfunction as the stereo it was to replace. I could have gone to a local wrecking yard to get a simular product, cheaper.

Yes to the last question, but I would send the product back if it had not cost me to get it programmed to my vehicle, this was not a new Radio but at least all componets should have worked properly. This equipment should be checked before it is sent out, If I could get the money back for programming I would send it back for replacement.

I ordered this radio and was told that the dealer had to unlock it. That was ok and the Cadillac dealer here in MD charged me $120.00 to do that. But the dealer then said that the audio for this unit did not work. So I just gave that money away! I got back with Hi Fi Sound and let them know that the radio that I paid $89.95 was a pice of junk and what next? So far nothing... I feel that I got a bad deal all around! Am out of $120.00 and $89.95. So if you do this kind of work then you can have the money and I will remember this the next time I think of ebay for my needs. Thanks Again. Edward Greene.

I received the product and it looked terrible. It literally looks like it was stolen out of a car. There's a gigantic pry mark in the top and one of the knobs doesn't work at all. I contacted the seller per their request with my issue before writing negative feedback, but I've yet to hear back from them. Very very disappointing customer service.

the advertising is very misleading , the advertizement never said anything about the radio being locked up nor did it say the buttons were worn badly, they show a picture of a new stereo, therefore i take it very mis leadingand they still haven't refunded me yet , and its going on 2 weeks , they already have the stereo back in good condition, but i have no refund i am so upset!!!

My answer above are to be qualified by the following. I received exactly what I ordered speedily. I knew it was a salvaged item and was instructed to expect some minor cosmetic flaws. Unfortunately I had to return the item for a replacement. Not because of anything cosmetic but the CD mechanism didn't work properly and was unreliable. I believe it was sent to me in good faith and really wouldn't/can't complain since there is really no good way it could have been checked before it was sent. No doubt it "worked" when taken from out of the car salvaged. I would conclude that being in a bin and moved/jostled/shipped could have changed something inside. Either way I was asked to ship it back. I have requested a replacement optimistically. I had to pay the return postage which is a concern since the part was not functioning properly. I suppose I'm OK with that cost provided the replacement indeed works acceptably. Perhaps after the next shipment I will have a "better" picture of their rating. Admittedly some grace should be given when selling used/salvaged/stored wherever items. Thanks!

HiFiSoundconnection sent me a non usable part. It was clearly not fully assembled at the factory and not inspected.
They claim to have not gotten my first email trying to get a return authorization. Finally I got a response and received a return authorization #. In the mean time I had to move forward with my project and got the part from another source and asked for a refund or store credit. They did not respond.
Finally weeks later they sent me a new part, that I no longer need. So now I've spent $20 on shipping for a $30 part I don't need. Thanks but no thanks. HiFiSoundconnection sucks. Go to Sonicelectronics or Woofers etc. Don't go to Dealer Cost Car Audio, they are the WORST

I will never order from them again!! they sent me a refurbished radio with a cd player that didn't work and when i wanted to return it for a refund (because i had found a new one somewhere else) they gave me the run around for 6 weeks! their return policy clearly states that i have the right to return the item. i finally had to get the bank invovled. Don't order from them but if you do MAKE SURE you will NOT return the product.
