I ordered two pick ups and only one showed up. I didn't realize that the other wasn't in stock that day. After a brief phone conversation it was explained that as soon as they sent the first item, the second can available later that day. So I'm suppose to receive the second on Tuesday Nov. 3.

I special ordered a set of headphones from my local Guitar Center, but four day later I noticed that my order was still only approved. I called customer service, they were very nice and said that the problem was their fault and they would fix it the same day (Thursday). Monday rolled around and the order status hadn't changed, so I called again and apparently they had entered my gift card # wrong, and my Guitar Center didn't have it in a safe like they are supposed to. Long story short, it took nearly a month to sort everything out, between calling, emailing, and visiting my local GC, but I'm finally back at square one: I have a gift card and no headphones. Everyone was nice, but no one was helpful. Never shopping at Guitar Center again.

I had asked for this product to be shipped as quickly as possible once we had verified that it was in inventory. It did not ship for three days. The 3-5 business day shipping will be at least 6 days as the product did not arrive yet. We are a sound contractor and this delay has caused our deadline to shift. As a result we have missed the expectations of our client. It is understood that the delays by the shipping company is not the fault of GC, but, the slowness of GC in fulfilling this order is a problem.

I completely dumbfounded when I opened the box to find that inside was the packing slip and packing paper and no pedal. The box had not been compromised in any way the original tape, mailing label, were not compromised. Customer service was slow at resolving my problem. I'm not sure how an empty box could have been shipped but it was. They agreed to send it out again but wanted to send it normal ground of which I requested a faster ship mode since I have already waited a week. On Wednesday 9/30 I was told it would ship FedEx 2 day air. It is now Sunday 10/4 and I still have not received it. FedEx delivers in our area on Saturdays..I expected it then. Although I will not stop purchasing for the Guitar Center I have to admit this has been one of the most disppointing purchases I have made.

I have gone to guitar center numerous times. The first few times when I went I hadn't planned on purchasing anything. I didn't realize until I wanted to purchase something how bad their customer service sucks. I went in to purchase a new stratocaster and I could not get anyone to help me. I left and spent an extra $150 on the same guitar at sweetwater just because guitar center has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I recommend Sweetwater.

I actually ordered this through the Salt Lake City store, as they didn't have this in stock. The salesman in the store over the Keyboard area, was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout this purchase. Without him, I may not have purchased this. But with his help, it made me decide, and go ahead with the purchase. I will always talk to him when I am unsure of products. Please thank him for me, but I can't remember his name, but I know he was the manager over the Keyboard area in the Salt lake City, Utah store.

Wanted to purchase a guitar case for the guitar I recently purchased at this store. I found one I liked, emailed tech support to find out if it would fit. Received mail back promptly from Dillion C that it would fit. I ordered, received and it did not fit. Called store to let them know, seemed to take in inordinant amount of time to get return arranged and find one that would fit. Everything was done politely and business like. I will continue to order from this store.

Sure! I've done a lot of online ordering and your service and ease of use was the best I've seen.
For some reason, I had to order the Yamaha power supply separately and went to Amazon. What a nightmare their site is!
I got the keyboard for my grandson and now I'm thinking about getting one for myself. I want one with pressure-sensitive keys and good voicing. I know it will cost more and wonder what you would recommend.
Question 6 should include DNA.
