On last week,I received 2 phone call messages to let me know that my purchase was on back-order. I could not understand the phone message due to the language barrier - foreign Customer Service Rep? Also, there was no phone number left by the Rep for a call back. I wished that this information or remarks could have been placed on my account site. I ended up calling Customer Service on today after listening to the phone messages about 10 times and wondering why the item I purchased had not been received and why my account stated that order status was "pending". On today, I was told that the item was on back-log. I hope I receive the item, that I purchased in 2-3 weeks since my credit card has been charged.

I have ordered earrings before on line at other merchants and have been very disapointed. At Glitzs.com I order 2 sets of earrings and thought I would be disapointed again, but I just received my earrings (a gift for my mom) and I am pleasantly supprised not only are they exactly what was shown on line but are of very good quality and better then I expected. I can't wait to give them to my mom...I'm sure I will be ordering from Glitzs.com in the future. Thank you.

No doubt it is the best shop I found after browsing hundreds of the jewellery shop at net. The only request is to not exeggerete the items too much, so that buyer should have a clear idea of the size of the item.

Well I was very impressed on how fast and accurate your company handled my purchase. I previously ordered something from Sears and they lost the package b/c they had wrong tracking number, product showed up 3 weeks after it was supposed to get to me, and then on top of that the product was damaged and everything wasn't there. So as you can see I didn't shop at their online store any longer. I placed an order back on the 1st November, the website states they pack and send items out within 24 hours. I have sent numerous emails enquiring why my order was still pending. Last email sent with receipt details paid for order etc. No one has replied or anything. Don't understand. Would love to even get an email telling me what the problem is. I will still be buying from this merchant again as they have gorgeous stuff. Only ask for someone to contact me and let me know the status of my order Thanks

Glitzs.com charged my credit card before product was shipped which is a violation of Visa/MasterCard rules. They could lose their account if Visa/Mastercard knew they were charging peoples' credit cards before shipping an order. I will be charging this purchase back. No one answers the phone, it asks to leave a message. After making the order I received an automated email stating they are out on vacation until October 18 which would make it almost two weeks wait before it was even shipped. I would not have ordered if I knew about the "vacation." Two emails to this merchant Glitzs.com have gone unanswered. I would not recommend this merchant to anyone, they're policies seem shady.
