Someone tried to steal my credit card information from this unsecured network, so I had to change the card and deal with that. The merchandise they sent was not an "authentic" Italian Alviero handbag, although they tried to claim it was. I own many, and this was a complete fake. They then tried to make me return this piece of garbage through their website. I couldn't go back to it due to the unsecured site, so they sent me an email with a packing slip. I had to fight the charge with mastercard to be sure I wasn't charged, and I hope it is resolved. They tried to say, "gee-we state clearly that this purse if made of PVC," etc., which means--plastic--a piece of total garbage that you wouldn't even purchase on the street of a big city for $20.00. It was therefore a complete debacle, waste of time, headache, and I regret ever going to this site & would warn anyone else not to purchase from them under any condition.

I have bought a number of Alviero Martini handbags from Forzieri. They are the only vendor that has this brand with a variety of styles to choose from. All my experiences with Forzieri have been very good.

The handbag I originally ordered was no longer available but Forzieri found one just like it but a little larger to substitute. I really appreciate that they took the time to find a different bag for me.

On December 16th, I purchased the Handcrafted Two-tone Wingtip Oxford Shoes as a gift from my wife to me for Christmas. Several days later, I received an e-mail notice that due to the volume of orders, they are back-ordered until January 20th (expected shipping date). It is very disappointing, but considering the shoes are handcrafted, I certainly wouldn't want them to rush.

return and exchange of shoes is a nightmare , 2 weeks later after returning ang receiving my shoes Ihave not been issued a return recepit and hence the exchange shes has not been mailed , totaly unacceptable way of handeling exchange . will never shop at this site sgain

Great leather bomber jacket. Good quality. Looks nice. I've gotten a lot of compliments. Color is a little different than the picture. Only problem was a poorly attached button.

I ordered 2 pair of dress shoes form Forzieri. Immediately they processed my order. They sent a very nice e-mail stating the ETA of the shoes. To my surprise they were shipped earlier than expected. Total time was 6 days from the initial phone call. When I recieved the e-mail stating that the shoes were shipped... they were were delivered at my front door by DHL 48hours after that e-mail.... and Forzieri had insured the shoes for $500.00. And needless to say... the shoes are EVERYTHING THAT I EXPECTED!! and the Italian gentleman who packed them sent a hand written letter with his name on it thanking me for my business...I cannot ask for anything better....Excellent Service!

Absolutely Horrible and Fraudulent..I ordered a leather bag and it did not look the same as it was on the website..then I returned it for and exchange in another color. They returned me another suede bag which was worth half the price. I called them but they refused to agree with me...I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE to anyone..it should be reported as a frauduent website to the concerned authority..

The Forzieri.com website is well designed and allows close up views of the products. The selection of both fine and costume jewelry is extensive, and the quality of the jewelry I ordered was high. I had a little difficulty figuring out how to use the coupons I had, and contacted customer service for assistance, but was able to resolve the problem myself. Shipping was prompt, and the packaging was secure and attractive in itself. I would order from this site again.

Order tracking has problems. There is a tracking number attached to the order but there is no information about which courier service is handling the order. My order was sent via DHL and I learned it by sending an e-mail to customer service. The only tracking link supplied on the web site was for UPS!

I was pretty happy with the site UNTIL I had to return an item. I have placed an order for three items. One of the items (a bracelet) turned out to be defective - the glass beads were shaped in such a way that I could not wrapt the bracelet around my wrist and was unable to fasten it. So I got an RNA number and shipped it back hoping to get a refund for the full amount. To my shock and disbelief, they refunded the money LESS $25.00 coupon amount that was applied to the entire order. Several phone calls and e-mails later, I feel helpless to convey to them that the return was initiated because of the faulty merchandise. They were not willing to bend their rules - seemed drastic and inflexible. I expected a little more "class and style" from a site that tries to project an image of an upscale establishment.

I was far more pleased with this order. The products are top quality. My only problem with my first order was the online status of a product being available, which Forzieri defines as being able to request from the manufacturer for later shipment, not being on hand for immediate shipment. I find it better to speak to a customer service representative on the phone and confirm the shipment.
