I ordered a Hunter Air Purifier Replacement Air Filter (30940) from FiltersFast.com. for $39.99.  When I received the filter, I compared it to my original Hunter filter.  The quality of the replacement filter was far below that of the original.  The photograph that was associated with the replacement filter was actually a photograph of the original Hunter filter.  When I wrote a review on the FiltersFast website stating this, of course they never posted it.  Be aware that you may be ordering after-market parts and not originals!

Filter should have had adapter fittings with it. Had to spend another $4 since the new filter was threaded rather than quick-connect fittings.

The ordering was easy, the product were easy to find and were well represented, but the fast in fast filters was not very quick at all.  The package got here yesterday, which is 10 days after the order.  This order was not a emergency but most other merchants are much quicker to deliver their products.

It was easy to navigate the website to find the item I wanted.  The order was filled quickly and correctly.  I received email status updates, so I knew exactly when I could expect to receive the order.  I was very satisfied.  This is the second time I have ordered from filtersfast.com, and both times were very satisfactory.  When I need more filters, this is the website I will go to first.

Terrible communication.  Four days after my order was placed I received an email stating that my item was out of stock and would take a week to ship.  I replied that I wanted my order cancelled. 4 hours later I received an email stating that my item had shipped the day before.  What an unprofessional outfit.  I ordered from them because I needed a filter right away for my humidifier for my baby and this company is located in my state.   The filters finally arrived a full week after I placed the order.  This is incredibly slow considering I live hours from this company. 

I did receive the correct item so I suppose that counts for something.  But, the extreme lack of accuracy in their correspondance and shipping information along with the slowness in shipping made this place a huge disappointment.

It turned out I would have been better off to have ordered it from a large discount warehouse on Amazon.  They charged $4 less a filter and were much faster shipping. 

I will never buy from filtersfast again.

We needed a new reverse osmosis faucet and we were hoping that the name FiltersFast was truly indicative of their service.  They did not disappoint.  We ordered on Thursday evening and had it in our hands on Monday afternoon.  We even sent it by USPS, which was cheaper, so I was a little concerned how quickly we would receive it.  Their prices were very good, the faucet we bought is fantastic (probably should leave a review for that too).  TDRF-1019301-S/N Tomlinson Designer RO Faucets is the one we bought and it is FANTASTIC!  So much easier to install than our old one.  But back to the company:  We wouldn't hesitate to purchase from FiltersFast again.

When I received an email stating that my shipment was being processed, I noticed that they showed the wrong shipping address.  They showed my billing address, which is different from my shipping address. I immediately emailed Filter Fast to point out the error.  That afternoon I received an email reassurring me that they had the correct address.  After 10 days the package still had not arrived.  So, I went by the location of my "Billing Address" and found that the package had been delivered there!

This is very poor customer service in my opinion, especially after I had pointed out the error before the shipment.  Unless I can be assured that this will not happen in the future, I would like to cancel my subscription for the filter service.

Order was for two items: a filter housing, and a spare filter. Delivery was promised in 7-8 days. The order was placed on December 23. The spare filter was delivered in 3 or 4 days. The next communication was that the order was complete. After a phone communication, I was told that the housing would be shipped from the manufacturer and said to wait another couple of weeks.

On January 10, the final piece was delivered, and January 11 received an email saying order was shipped!

The process was easy, quick & was the best price overall including shipping.  Most sites the same filter was $39.99 plus taxes/shipping.  With FiltersFast.com I received the same Maytag filter, taxes, shipping and all for only $35.90...a savings of about $8-$10!  Thanks!

Not a very reputable company. My  first time experience with ordering from FiltersFast was not good. They overcharged me for shipping and would not correct the error. I ordered over $99 dollars of air and water filters and chose their $1.99 special shipping rate. They did not honor this and instead charged me $6.95 for shipping.  I did not need now that many filters but had adjusted my order up so to qualify for the $1.99 shipping

We had a very hard time locating replacement chlorine filters for the shower head that we purchased from target.com.  They have the filters but no replacements online or in stores.  We also checked at several brick and mortar home improvement stores, they had some filters but not the Culligan model that we need.  At FiltersFast.com we experienced excellent service to have our Culligan shower head filters delivered.  It was easy to order online, the delivery was quick and follow-up service is a nice touch to show how seriously the company considers good customer service.

This was not my first order with Filters Fast and I have always been pleased.
Service & delivery prompt and fast. However, the LG 5231JA2006A filter you
sent me seems to be defective. It leaks water inside the refrigerator. I
re-installed it twice but it continues to leak. Is there any waranty for this

Great service and price.  All questions were answered by customer service.  I have ordered filters from other sites and this price was substantially lower and delivery very fast - especially considering that Christmas holiday was in the middle.  I like having the ability to have a reminder system in place so I can get a new filter before the old one wears out.

Good website and helpful chat window.  Prices are good and shipping is fast.  Word of caution:  if you have to return something it's like pulling teeth to get a credit.  It's been a couple of weeks and four contacts with the co.  No one admits to having received the return until you prove it to them with a tracking number and even after a promise of a credit, nothing happens.  They claim being short-staffed and having high return volumes.  Baloney.  They're quick to take your money.  I'm looking elsewhere for filters.

Filters fast offers a good selection.  They delivered my filter for my refrigerator and HVAC filters when promised.  My order was placed over the phone and was very easy.  What helped the most was getting the email reminders right when my water filter needed replacing.

The item I ordered is presented incorrectly online and does not fit the model number microwave stated.  I am now stuck with a useless filter because it costs more to ship it back than I will get returned due to shipping costs and the antiquated 15% restocking fee.
I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SUPPLIER.
