My shopping experience overall was pretty good. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the time it took for my order to be processed and shipped--about two days or so. This was particularly annoying because I was going out of town and I received my item the day after I had left.

I was happy with the ease of ordering and receiving the item. Unfortunately it didn't fit properly and I had to return it. I would like to have seen the return process to be a bit faster - I returned the item on July 1st. Through mail tracking I saw it was received on July 11 (kind of slow with the US postal service - not your fault). But it took until July 21 to be notified that my return had been processed.

I have searched the entire internet, but could never find a website or catalog that showed the backs of bras, until I found FigLeaves. The bra is the most comfortable bra I have ever worn, and I have recently went back to their site and purchased two more. This bra was not sized correctly although I don't blame the merchant for that. It would be good, however, if Figleaves posted a notice on the website that the actual size runs smaler than the advertised size. I really liked the fact that the bra was made in the USA--not many articles of clothing are made here nowadays.

Although this mmerchant has a very wide selection of brands, styles and sizes, their prices are much higher that other merchants, such as Nordstroms. In fact, the only time I would ever shop from this merchant is when they are haveing a sale!

Excellent. I have 4 women and bought all of them bras online at figleaves. Even when i made a mistake in the size the return process was painless and we recievd the replacment correctly and sooner than I had expected. Even on returns, my account was credited the money sooner than I expected. Exdelletn website, excellent service. I will be a customer for a long time to come.

Takes to long for returns... The first shipments I ordered came with a no postage necessary.. The last 2 boxes I received I had to pay for shipping them back.. Not sure about that situation.. Items did not seem to fit... I think I kept 2 out of approx. 15 It is not your fault of course...I still thank you for being there in case I do need you in the future. Thank you Lori Kidd

The only problem I had was that I requested an exchange on my return form, and I was issued a refund. Maybe the size I requested wasn't in stock...but no reason was given for the refund instead of a return.

Three weeks after I had placed my order, it still had not shipped. Since my credit card had not been charged, I chose to cancel the order. Neither item was listed as backordered when I placed the order through the website. After a day, I received an email saying that the panties were backordered. After two weeks, I received another email stating that they were still backordered. I never received an email telling me if the bra was in stock or backordered. While the prices for the two pieces were very reasonable, I'll just shop at Victoria's Secret, since I'd prefer to actually receive the items that I order online.

It's pot luck shopping here. Sometimes it's straightforward order and receive. Almost as often, I have experienced delays, received the wrong color on an item, or was told after weeks, that they no longer had the item! If you absolutely must have an item, don't take any chances here, lest you get burned like I did: after stringing me along for weeks, they emailed that they no longer had the item--by then, neither did anyone else, and I got stuck with half a matching set!!
