I found the site surprisingly diverse and simple to navigate. The selection i was looking for was located in under one minute and was a lower price than anywhere else I had checked. Although the order was split when shiped, and one came later than I was hoping, all of my order was received in a reasonable time. I will shop at this site again.

DVD's were received within a week but an order of 6 DVD's were shipped in 3 separate packages which seems wasteful and inefficient. Also as stated previously the website needs to be more user friendly and allow the customer the option of selecting multiple titles at the same time rather than adding to your cart one at a time and requiring multiple searches. And if they can't do that the "continue shopping" button should lead you right back to the same screen you were viewing before you added your selected item to your cart. Having to re-search again after every selection is added to the cart is time consuming and frustrating

I just returned from a shopping trip to state college pa where i saw the Band of Bros 6 dvd set in the same package I ordered from you on sale for $20 cheaper than your price. I am very upset by this. I could have also purchased the dvd set Pacific if your price had been the same as Targets . So maybe your deals are not as good as i fist thought???
