I love the drapes, it took a long time to get them, but I believe they were worth the wait. When I called about the delay, they were great on the phone. I appreciate the fact that when there was a problem, they remade the drapes rather than wait for me to return them to have the problem fixed.

The website said the drapes were in stock and available to ship the same day. When they didn't arrive after nine business days I contacted customer service and was told that they were out of stock and hadn't shipped yet. I cancelled the order.

I wrote before that I was extremely please the way the drapes arrived in perfect condition despite the fact that one end of the shipping box was badly smashed. Then, to my delight, the hooks were already in the drapes so they were really ready to hang!! Fantastic!!

Ordered sheers first at wrong length (my error, not theirs), and was so impressed with service and quality that I reordered both sheers and drapes the second time. Quality merchandise that was well represented by website, and all arrived with hooks installed, pressed, and on hangers (obviously still folded in box). Everything was as represented on their site. The drapes I bought were not at all custom, yet were not shipped for a week or so after the order confirmation. My greatest disappointment was the shipping & handling costs which were clearly inflated, and only apparent during the process of completing the purchase. As for the drapes, very nice - well packed - excellent condition.

Very difficult to get through to a customer service representative. It took twelve phone calls to speak to a live person however once I did my questions were answered and my order was shipped. Shana was very pleasant to work with.

I was completely satisfied and was very pleased to find that the color of the drape I ordered was a really close match to the color depicted on the computer screen. The only problem I had was that about a week after the drape arrived, I received another one exactly like the one I had purchased! The problem was resolved over the phone by a helpful person named Shana. UPS picked up the drape the very next day. The drapes are wonderful. I did not get the drapery rod. That is UPS's fault. The carton was torn open & the rod and all it fixtures were missing. Factory Bargain responded right away to my e-mail complain and have put another one in the mail to me. Unfortunately it is coming via UPS so I can only hope this one gets to me without damage. I would purchase from Factory Bargain Draperys again. Their customer service is great and they are quick to respond to problem. They are heads & shoulders above most on line companies.

SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL, PRICES WERE GREAT. THE ONLY LITTLE PROBLEM I EXPERIENCED WAS THE PICTURE OF THE MATERIAL THAT I CHOSE WAS VERY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I RECEIVED, BUT THE COLOR WORKED IN THE ROOMS I NEEDED THEM FOR. THE DRAPES WERE CALLED TARRAGON AND LOOKED LIKE AN OFF WHITE WITH A BAMBOO WEAVE AND A TARRAGON ACCENT. THE DRAPES WHEN THEY ARRIVED WERE A SOLID BEIGE-GRAY WITH A WAFFLEED PATTERN. THE OTHER DRAPES I ORDERED WERE WONDERFUL.

I was pleased with the quality of the product. I liked the variety of items/sizes available. I had priced ready to measure drapes and would have paid at least twice the price. I will pass this site onto friends and family. Also although I used a steamer to get out some wrinkles, my cleaner sent an order back to me once with so many more wrinkles than that occured with this order.

Everything arrived in perfect condition and I was very pleased with the product. Its difficult to try to see what the fabric will really look like when you see it on the computer but I was very satisified. I was also going to purchase drape rods which were reasonable in price but $99.00 to ship. Home Depot had them for $23.00. They arrived the day the tracking said they would. Thank you
