The St. Francis statue I ordered is beautifully rustic and fits nicely into my garden. I also ordered one for my daughter to have in her yard. I am sure that she will love it!

Was amazed at how quickly I received the order! The tracking system wasn't good, though. The statue is very beautiful. Would highly recommend others to purchase from the company. It was a reddish color, not as depicted in the photo. However the reviews alerted me to this fact. They should change the photo. Am extremely pleased.

Product finally arrived,than six weeks after I ordered it. The statue itself was just what I wanted for my wife's birthday- she loved it. However, the customer service inresponse to my growing concern about it's non-arrival, was unacceptable.

The quality of the merchandise is excellent. Delivery was actually a day ahead of the original estimated day of delivery. My only disappointment was that I originally thought the product was made in the USA, and found upon delivery that it was made in China.

Item was meant as a Mother's day gift for ill mother. Wanted to surprise her when she was released from hospital. Compnay advertised that in stock item would take 1-2 business days. I ordered item on 5/15 did not recieve until 6/1. sent 3 emails and called twice. No email response as to why it was delayed and when called customer service could not explain. CSR only authorized to send email to shipping department. no apologies only excuses.

Initially, my experience was fine... but one of the items arrived broken(not due to shipping). When I contacted Exterior Accents, their first response was to tell me they'd "contact the manufacturer to see what could be done". My emails inquiring about the status of my order weren't answered in a timely manner and, although the broken part was eventually sent, I wasn't advised it had been shipped (I was told the order for the replacement had been sent to the warehouse and that was all)and wasn't given a tracking number for the replacement part even though I asked for it specifically. Now that the replacement part has arrived and I've assembled the rocker, I'm satisfied with the quality of chair. Unfortunately,in my experience, Exterior Accents' customer service was lacking.

It's been 8 weeks and I can't get this company to ship the product I ordered.  Every inquiry (9 of them so far) they tell me even though their website says it can take 2-3 weeks to ship, it could take up to an additional 2 weeks.  That's all well and good, except no one there can seem to do the math and see that even with an additional 2 weeks, it's still 3 weeks late!  The laste customre agent, Heather, was also super rude and said that having customer care contact the manufacturing was too much effort for my order and would not happen.

As you can guess, even if I ever do get my order, I doubt I'd ever do business with this company again.

I placed an order for this waterfall on 3/25. Today is 4/5. I have been following up on their website to see the status of this order and went to the website for a chat session with their customer service dept. In that chat, I was told that this product is "Non-inventory", which means that it ships from the factory. Further - "The order ships directly from the Manufacturer, They don't contact Us when your order ship, They contact You, If I had any additional information to offer I would be happy to do so. But as it stands, Your order is Processing, Once it ships, You'll be notified via e-mail with your tracking #" I asked if the person (lynette) could follow up with this company to fund the status and was told a flat "No" that it's not "policy". At this point, they have invoiced my credit card and I am not any closer to receiving this than before I ordered it.
