I received the Curt brand trailer hitch for my 2004 Honda Civic a day ealier than expected. Most importantly, the hitch fit PERFECTLY and the instructions were good. Three minor problems: 1) The hitch itself arrived undamaged, but it was sticking outside of the cardboard box-it wasn't packaged well enough for shipping, and it cut a hole in the box. 2) Installation was easy, but it took 45 minutes rather than 30 minutes. 3) The hole that is drilled into the body of the hitch for the Receiver had a burr on the inside, and I needed to grind down the burr with a Dremel tool; it took about a minute once I figured out what was wrong. All in all, a very successful purchase and installation: highly recommended.
