My wife purchased a hitch cover from etrailer.com for my birthday and used the product description and pictures attached to make her decision.  She is very thorough and pays close attention to what should have arrived after purchase.  She went ahead and made the purchase and expected to get exactly what the website promised.  When I received my gift she and I were surprised to see that there was no reciever plug in the box and the screws to hold the emblem to the plug were simply taped to the emblem cartridge in a rudimentary fashion.  After researching all I could stand online I finally called the manufacturer of the product itself and ordered the part I am missing. I have spent AN ADDITION $15.00 because of etrailer.com shorting me hardware.  I WILL NOT use this company/website again and WOULD NOT recommend it to anyone else.

This is a follow-up order with etrailer and again shipment was accurate, on time and installation procedures were clearly outlined, thus making application easy.

My only recommendation would be to wrap items in bubble wrap that could potentially be damaged when being shipped with overly heavy items. The steel sway bar control adaptor was quite heavy and the brake control was in it's own box. They were both packed together in a box way too big for both the items with only a couple pieces of brown paper. In my opinion, the brake control should have been bubble wrapped to protect it from potentially being damaged during shipping. This seems to be an ongoing problem as I have read the same recommendations/complaints on a customer review website. Although, I have to say that I did not have any of the other nightmares that were being discussed. Thanks for the quick delivery and friendly customer service! :-)

Very plesent. The receiver went on easily. My only suggestion is that you handle a wiring harness that plugs in. The Prius wiring is critical because of the complicated electronics that are in a hybred.

Shopping was easy and quick. I only received a partial shipment of my total order. I had to make a couple of phone calls to get the rest of my order found and shipped, ( It was finally located in the etrailer warehouse). It took twice as long to receive the major portion of my order, delaying my installation of the base plate.
