The brake shoes were out of stock and would have taken too long for economy shipping. I was given the option to have the shoes drop shipped from the supplier for a nominal expediting fee (that I felt was a reasonable charge). The brake controller and associated cable was shipped promptly from stock. Their customer service made a good effort to assist with expediting the order and contacted me when there was an obstacle to prompt delivery.
