Hardware was missing from the towbar kit. When I called it to E-Trailer's attention, a hardware package was sent containing bolts, nuts, washers, and plates. There is still one small item missing--a "hairpin" to hold the tongue in place when it is in the stowed position. I will try to find one at a hardware store. I do not have time to wait on a third shipment. In spite of this, I am pleased with the product so far.

My order was received on time and with no shipping damage; however, there was a manufacturer's defect which rendered the hitch inoperable. I contacted etrailer.com directly about the problem and sent them photographs depicting the issue. Their customer service department coordinated with the manufacturer and arranged to have the hitch replaced at no cost to me. They provided a postage paid mailing label and shipped a new hitch immediately so I did not have to wait until they received the defective one back before I could install the replacement. I chose to shop etrailer.com because of their extensife product selection, descriptive and informative website, and their low prices. I will continue to shop with them in the future and recommend them because of my personal experience with their customer service department.

They had all the things I wanted which was nice. There was a glitch in my order which was supposes to ship in 7-10 and after three weeks I called to see why it had not shipped. I was informed the order was not processed right and so it had not be shipped. They quickly took care of the issue and I got my order several days later. The customer service representatives I dealt with were curteous through the whole process and did their best to resolve the situation. They were good to take care of the problems with my order in a proffesional manner.

etrailer.com failed to provide me with a tracking number automatically. I had to request my tracking number by e-mail 13 days after the time I received notice that it has been shipped. The response to my request was prompt and satisfactory. Once arrived, I noticed that product number #118151 was missing a butt connector. This has not been reported until now since it was a minor issue for me. Missing parts are quite inconvenient.

The only critique I have is that the folks in shipping were over zealous with the package stapler & managed to nick the bezel of the spot light. All cosmetic damage. The manufactures package fit exactly in the Etrailer shipping box, without need for packing material. When the shipping box was stapled (clear shipping tape was all that was needed) it pierced the inner box & nicked the spot light.

Incredible, wonderful service!!! They upgraded my shipping without charge and the part was boxed in perfect fashion. They kept me up to date via e-mail and thanked me for my business. I had an excellent experience. I e-mailed my order at 6 PM and they had it pulled, packaged and shipped by 8 PM. They upgraded the shipping option at no charge. Tracking the order was easy and UPS delivered on time. They had the parts I needed on hand. They sent me e-mails to tell me the order status. I don't know how it could have been better!
