"Really disappointed with these guys, got the wrong part after discussing with customer service. Ordered the correct part and went through their lengthy return process. A month later when I still didn't have my refund I called them and was promised an immediate return. After nothing happened over a few weeks I had to repeat this TWO more times. Guess the third time is that charm as I got an e-mail saying wait another week for credit.
All this on top of a 20% RESTOCKING FEE for Blanco!! WTF !! These guys suck, there are too many other good e-tailers out there." |

We recently bought a spray handle for my Grohe faucet from Efaucets.com. Clearly written on the order page for our replacement part online it states that they have a 30 day return policy as well as a customer satisfaction guarantee. When the order finally arrived, they had sent us the wrong part. I called customer service and they stated that replacement parts were not returnable or exchangeable and they refused to exchange it despite the fact that they sent us the wrong part.. Apparently in fine print somewhere deep in the depths of their website it says no returns on replacement parts. They claimed that their return policy was clearly stated on the packing slip and on their website. I printed a copy of the order page from the the part we received and also a copy of the packing slip and neither mentioned the return policy of replacement parts. Every person I spoke with in customer service was rude. It seemed as if they had a script to say "our policy is bla bla bla". If only I had investigated them before. Live and learn.

eFaucets provided timely delivery and provided the parts that were ordered. Unfortunately, they were the wrong parts for the job, and that was our error. We quickly followed refund instructions to the letter, returned the faucet, and it took nearly 3 months and a couple of phone calls for the refund on our credit card. Even so, there were deductions for restocking and for the initial shipping charge that added up to about $50 for a $260 sale. Our return had been clocked into the firm's computer but they didn't release the refund until we fought for it. Not good customer policy.

We ordered tub fixtures that were "available" according to the website. After waiting for weeks without more than an order confirmation from eFaucet, we began emailing using the Customer Support Form. After several attempts at contact this way with no response, we began calling. Only after a number of calls did we find out our item was backordered and would not be available for another three weeks. Now that we have cancelled the order, we are fighting to get our money back. We've order bath and kitchen items from a number of firms via the internet with absolutely no problem. Only eFaucets has been a problem. Don't order from this company! I only wish I'd read reviews first.

Horrible Customer Advising, Horrible Return Policy and Dishonest Communications about sums up our experience with this scam company. We purchased numerous things on recommendations from the "sales experts" that did not retrofit into existing systems as stated. Some did, but many did not. Went to return and they want huge restocking fees AND deduct your "discount" from the return amount. Seriously, someone could probably get a fabulous class action law suit going. This place is the epitomy of a SCAM.

I purchased a sink and a faucet for my laundry room. The sink ended up being too heavy to install and so I emailed them for a customer return #. No response. Three tries and two weeks later, I finally got one. They would not send a return label or an order to UPS to pick it up. I had to get help to carry this 90 lb box to a UPS store. $80 later I mailed it. It has now been 2 months I still have not received my credit after countless calls to customer service. They keep saying 7-10 days and there's nothing they can do. I think they wait for people to forget or just give up. I would never never ever do business with them again.

I was kind of scared after reading some of the reviews on here, but they (eFaucets) was the only place who had want I wanted. I must be the exception from what I read here in other reviews, but I placed my order late on Thursday afternoon, and received my shipping confirmation the following Monday AM and had the items in hand by Monday afternoon. The shipment was packed well and had no issues. I must say their return policies seem quite draconian to me, however I was 100% sure that I wanted what I ordered, so it was not relevant to me. I also ordered glass shelves which are very fragile items, and they were well packed to prevent breakage. The shipping charges were very reasonable for the package as well. I would purchase again from this company (but only if I was 100% sure I wanted it and would not be subject to their stiff restocking fees and return freight charges).

Returning an item costs nearly as much as the item itself. 20% restocking fee and you pay shipping. My $100 towel bar (exorbitant to begin with) cost $57.37 just to try their product. There's a reason that there are nearly 116 thousand eFaucet complaint sites online. Shop locally where you can actually see the product. Cheaper too.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I wished I had checked online to learn about this HORRIBLE company before ordering from them. They are the worst company ever! Not only did they take my money the same day I ordered, they didn't even send me a confirmation email, they lied about shipping costs and shipping time frame, which was four weeks instead of seven days. I had to call them a week later begging them to send me an irder confirmation, and only then did I find out about the delay in delivery. Then to make matters worse, when I opened my shower panels, one of them was damaged, and when I called customer service, they basically told me, too bad, not our problem, and to deal directly with the manufacturer and/or delivery company. Do NOT use this company, they are the worst ever!

my experience w/ efaucets was one of the worst shopping experiences in my life. now I'm 60 yrs olde so I have experience. I ordered a $500.00 faucets, which was lost and damaged by ups because it was improperly wrapped by efaucets. I returned the item to efaucets, with their paperwork and letter regarding the damage/it was immediately returned to me because of the damage. HUH? I contacted UPS. UPS p/u faucet determined it was not their fault that the damage occurred but it was do to improper wrapping. UPS returned the faucet to efaucets. efaucets wrote me an email stating that because I didn't inform them upon receipt that it was damaged they were not going to refund my money or ship me back the faucet. what kind of company is this??? Is this situation even legal?? Try to talk w/ customer service.I called, from my cell, I was pushed around for over 45 minutes; finally some one came on, to tell me to call later, when they were not so busy. that call costs a bundle in minutes.

Horrible. I cannot recommend this company. Their shipping is extraordinarily slow (as if they get your order, then look around for a cheap vendor on the Internet). They admit that your order may not come from them, but a third party. Their telephone service is glacially slow to answer and slow to respond. Their return policy is the equivalent of seeing how many hoops you can jump through until you give up. Their prices are higher (which I thought might coincide with better service). Their selection is great! (o.k. one plus).
If you do decide that you can't find what you're looking for anywhere else, please please please read their return policy very carefully, and then understand that they are not bound at all to adhere to it - as was my experience. Basically, I had to send an email into the ether - wait several weeks for a reply (RMA number), ship the item and some number of months later - get a credit. Very frustrating! |

Really, really, don't ever order from efaucets.com! We ordered $1000 worth of kitchen fixtures from them and lived to regret it. They have a return policy that basically makes it impossible to return anything; I have two items I would have returned within a few weeks but can't due to their ridiculous policies. One of our items was permanently out of stock and they wouldn't give me a refund until I called my credit card company to protest the charge. From that point, it took another 2 months to get the money back and then they still didn't refund the full amount of the out-of-stock product! They must be having serious financial issues to resort to such immoral tactics. Buyer Beware!

BAD BAD BAD. Ordered an air switch, got only the button. Told them I had not recieved the electric switch, they said it will ship soon. After a month I told them to cancel order. They failed to have UPS pick up the button from me. They also said this switch IS AN INDIVIDUALLY MADE PRODUCT!!! It is made in China, probably a year ago. Now they say they have to contact the factory and do a "call tag" to cancel the manufacturing of my item and then they can have UPS pick up the button from me. They refuse to refund my money until they get the button from me WHICH I DID NOT ORDER. I ORDERED A COMPLETE SWITCH. The customer has to deal with THEIR mistakes.

I ordered a Grohe faucet handle which the website said was in stock -- they billed my credit card IMMEDIATELY for $172 even before shipping the part. They then told me the item was not in stock and was back ordered. I asked for a refund and they said there was a 15% restocking fee even though nothing ever shipped. Two days later they shipped me a part that had nothing to do with my order. I shipped it back AY MY EXPENSE and they still refused to refund my money. 30 days later I finally filed a complaint with my credit card company and the BBB. They then said they would refund the money but it still took another 30 days to get my money. These guys are the WORST!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER!!!!

Don't buy from these people. I got the receipt for my order, it showed two faucets not the one I ordered. I immediately emailed them and called the next morning when they openned. After 10 minutes on hold, I was told that my order was scheduled for shipping and my card had been charged, and there was nothing they could or would do. When my order arrived i called again, it has taken 5 days to get an emailed return authorization, it contains a statement that I must sign for them to accept the return. It states that I will be charged a 15% restocking fee and must pay for shipping. All this to fix their error. Amazing arrogance and poor customer service. STAY AWAY from this site!

I will keep it simple if you didn’t read their reviews before you order and still waiting for customer service don’t waist your time just call your credit card co. and dispute the charges on the basis of missing the delivery dead line this is a legitimate reason. Other wise you’ll grow old trying to get help from customer service.
Emails yes they will send you a confirmation however you’ll never get a follow up call or answer. As for their chat for customer service as soon as you click the send button it goes away and never comes back hoo yes if you get up early you can get thru but you must try dialing at least 2 minutes before they open to talk to some one that will give you a song and dance and make promises that will never be kept. |

I am regretting not reading this website before purchasing. The faucet I received was just thrown into a box, pieces and all. I purchased a faucet with an oil rubbed bronze finish, and because it was not protected, is now scratched and dented. It also looks like it has been used before. And no directions came with it. I should have bought on EBay- a used faucet there would have been nicer. And then when you call to complain, you wait for at least an hour. The online chat is helpful. If you try and cancel your order, they claim that it is in process and in stock... I called 1 week before my item was "shipped" to cancel it. They wouldnt let me without a restocking fee of 10-15%. Really?
Update a week later: Even though I still dont agree with the cancellation terms, and you CANNOT call into customer service, efaucets did the right thing. I emailed their customer service department and Paula was VERY helpful. She apologized and took concern for how my product was shipped. They sent me a new one within 3 days. I feel a lot better about my purchase. |

I ordered towel bars which were supposedly in stock, on January 19, 2011, but didn't receive until February 10, 2011. It is very difficult to get customer service at efaucets. I had to call three times to find out when they would ship. They charged my credit card before they shipped my order. They misrepresented when the order would ship. When I informed them I had not received mounting hardware, they said the manufacturer would ship immediately, but after more than a week I had to call to get it shipped. If they actually do ship!!!!

After ordering I received an email saying my product was being packed and would ship the next day. My VISA was charged within 24 hours. After waiting for a month for my order (a temporary basement/garage shower that was to be used while my only bathroom was being remodeled), I was told that they didn't have it and it might come from the manufacturer in two weeks or so. When I tried to cancel my order and have the charge removed from my credit card, they stopped communicating with me completely. Their best advice is that when/if it comes. I should pay to have it returned ($120.) and then they'll look into crediting my VISA minus their restocking fee. So at best. I'm out $195. just for the pleasure of doing business with them. I ordered the same item from another company and they got it to me in 5 business days.

Ordered a drain and selected next day air. Waited about 5 days and the order finally shipped, but not next day air, ground shipping. Called customer service and they stated that it was their error and would refund the shipping. The next week I received and email stating that they were not going to refund the shipping. I called back and the manager raised her voice to me and said that the other customer service representative was incorrect in saying that. She then stated that I was not supposed to have been able to select next day air...making it seem like it was my fault for their error. They never notified me that it was going to ship differently; I would have cancelled my order if I had known. I feel like I was scammed! One would think that any legitimate business would stand by their word or at least do something to correct their mistakes...but they offered nothing. Will never do business with them again...very unprofessional and extremely rude! They do not stand by their advertising or their word. I wish I had read other reviews on this place before I placed my order.

I ordered a sink from this online store and it arrived 2 months later and it was defective. The defect was not visible at first glance. When the sink was first delivered, I opened up the boxes to make sure the sink was in one piece. When my contractor was ready to install the sink, he picked up the sink only to find that there were cracks and pieces of the porcelain falling off the corner. I immediately called efaucets to let them know of the defect and they said that they would not be replacing the sink as I signed off on it when it was delivered!

Impossibly frustrating: three months of requesting credit for an authorized return. I sent back the goods, but heard nothing after 6 weeks. Emailed them twice, and after each got a confirmation of an imminent refund, but, of course, no credit was issued (their BS: "Your credit will be taken care of today, and you will see it posted to your account within 2-10 business days," then "Your credit will be taken care of by 12/10/2010 and you will see it posted to your account within 3-5 business days from that day"). After a phonecall, they reassured me, "Your account will be credited by the end of the day." Hah. Finally after threatening to contact the Better Business Bureau, they issued the credit...deducting 40% for restocking and shipping. Such liars - they assume the customer will forget that a refund is due and then string you along with their false promises. Irritating, unethical, foolish.

I realized that a charge for BuySafe charge was on my order and then immediately called to cancel my order but my call was delayed, then dropped. When I called back there was no answer. I then sent an email to cancel the order. Later, after calling the "place an order" telephone someone answered after a few minutes and told me: 1st she couldn't cancel an order since it was late in the evening and then, 2nd, they don't cancel orders, but I could return the items. All of this took place in less that an hour! When I asked to talk to her boss, she said she didn't have one. That really ticked me off!

Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Twice I had a horrible experience. First was that the item was unavailable but 3 months later they sent it anyway and then wanted to charge me a restocking fee to send back. The second I ordered products and although I signed that upon delivery (I didn't open and inspect) the products are all broken and they will not replace or refund since I signed.Beware and they also are under other business names other than efaucets. NEVER BUY FROM EFAUCETS.COM!!!
