I bought 2 faucets from eFaucet.com. One was fine the other was missing parts. I returned the faucet 3 months ago and am still waiting for my refund ($550.00). This is after approximately 10 different contacts with the company. They have good prices, but after this huge headache it is really not worth it. Buy your faucet at a local store that you can physically return it to. Or check out reviews of other online stores. (I wish I would have checked out eFaucet reviews before buying because they are not good.) If you need a refund, you will spend hours online or on the phone (if they bother to answer), and you may never get your money back.

Same experience as others. Ordered product which was not due to be shipped for 1 - 3 weeks. Cancelled the order when told items would not ship, but was charged 15% restocking fee for items even though I cancelled within hours of ordering on items which would not be shipped for weeks. They make all their revenue on fees. Who's going to protect the consumer from online businesses like this one?

Do NOT use this company! They don't tell you when an item is backordered, then 2 weeks after I cancelled the order, they shipped it to me. Now I am getting a hassel trying to return it. Horrible company!

This place is terrible. I placed my order for an 'IN STOCK' item on May 10 and it was paid for via PayPal on May 11. I am still waiting for the item! Unless you have unlimited time to wait to talk to or chat with in customer service, forget it. E-mail replies are automated and do not answer questions specifically. The ship date has changed several times for an 'IN STOCK' item. I will never never never use this place again. Once again, I cannot stress enough how horrible the customer service is.

I should have checked on your site before ordering! I see a definite SOP for this company from previous reviews. Show the item is in stock on the ordering website, quickly charge your credit card the same day you order (not when they ship the order), and then even though on the order confirmation that the order will be delivered within 3-7 days by UPS, it is not and you never hear from them again. When you attempt to make contact they never tell you when you will get the order. I contacted them (called, email, email, called again today (this last time 20 days after placing the order) and was told they didn't even have it yet let alone ship it to me. I told them to cancel the order, they said I couldn't cancel it until I got it. I am sure that is so they can charge you the: "All Returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. Refused shipments are subject to an additional 20% Handling fee." AVOID THEM!

I was ordering a TOTO Dalton toilet and checked a number of online stores. In some instances, it was explicitly stated that the price did not include a seat. The efaucet listing was silent on this issue, so I called and spoke with one of their representatives. After being kept on hold for 5 minutes, she came back and told me that the seat was included. The toilet arrived yesterday without the seat. Now I have to go out and buy the seat; because it will be less than $50, I will also have to pay for the shipping which would have been included had I ordered it with the toilet.
Bottom line: I will never shop at efaucets.com again and I would not recommend this site to anyone else. |

We have purchased a Kohler toilet from this website and it was delivered to us broken in pieces. The website was stonewalling our requests to refund the money until a credit card investigation. Finally they gave us a credit for the toilet, but still never refunded 99 dollars for shipping charges.
This is called stealing. The customer service representative Chris refused to put me on the phone with a manager and was actually rude. |

This company has HORRENDOUS customer service! Don't do business with this company!
I placed an order on line late one night and the next morning received an email saying the items were on back order 3-4 weeks. Because I needed the items right away, I went ahead and ordered these items from another company. I then called eFaucets customer service to cancel this order. eFaucets lied and said the items had already been shipped and that the order could not be cancelled, despite the email about the backorder. A full week later, I received an email from a shipping company informing me that in actuality, the eFaucets package had just been shipped. The matter is now in dispute with my credit card company and I've spent a lot of time dealing with this mess. It's not worth it to do business with this company when there are other companies who offer the same prices and legitimate customer service. |

ordered a tub drain- no indication of back order special order on web site. Next day find out the item will take around 4 weeks to deliver- called and cancelled order. Got my cancellation email in which they tell me there is a 5% "cancellation" fee. There was NO indication on order page, or order receipt (they disclose restocking fees- but who has ever heard of a fee to cancel an order that has not shipped or processed?) According to their not-very-nice CSR- any item that doesn't say "In stock" is a special order in their world and is subject to this fee--BEWARE- they are a bunch of con artists! If you order make sure you read every word on their entire website because you are subject to their terms even if it is not disclosed anywhere on the order pages!!

Horrible service and the customer is always wrong. I ordered an item that said it was in stock. When it didn't ship, I called to find out why. They told me it would take 6 weeks so I requested they cancel the order (since my bathroom would be done in 2). They said sure, then came back saying the item had already shipped and could not be cancelled. I tried to cancel from March 11th until it arrived on March 31st to no avail.
Now they are charging me a restocking fee of 15% to send it back. It is quite clear how they are surviving the down economy. There are many other options for purchasing faucets etc. Use them, NOT eFaucets.com |

This company states free shipping on the itmes but this is not nessesarly true. Once I got to the checkout page they attempted to charge me an additional $24.00 for ground delivery.
Watch close you will get charged also. |

eFaucet's WebPage displays prices and discount coupons that are not honored upon ordering. They simply cancel the order and return payment. When inquiry follows, customer service is unfriendly and unprofessional. Would not recommend even to my enemies - there are so many better companies out there. |
