I am amazed that this etailer is a) still in business and b) continues to operate without some kind of investigative authority opening up a case for fraud and deception. They do not have items in stock as claimed. I'd actually be surprised if they have any stock at all. It seems like all of the delays are a result of them only getting the product after it is ordered.
Customer service is a joke. They tell you that they've charged your cc when they haven't, that your order has been sent to the warehouse when it hasn't and basically lie in the hopes that you won't cancel your order before they can get a UPS tracking number assigned to it, thereby forcing you to bay restocking fees if you refuse shipment.
All of the negative comments are true and the consistency of the complaints should let any future customer (and I hope there aren't any) know that the issues are not isolated incidents, but etronics standard operating procedure. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. You might pay a bit more, but you will save yourself a ton of hassle. I cannot stress this enough...STAY AWAY FROM ETRONICS. I repeat...STAY AWAY FROM ETRONICS.
